This Tantric meditation comes from the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition and involves an ancient technique of visualizing a five-colored jewel on the nose in order to stimulate energy circulation through the body and invigorate the chakras. It's 45-minutes long and includes meditation music which I produced to help aid the meditator relax and invoke a higher consciousness.

Alright,

So keep your spine in an upright position,

Yet relaxed.

Place your hands on your lap.

Hold it upwards,

Like so.

With good posture,

Make sure to lower,

Stretch the lower back forward a little bit.

Back and forward.

Make sure that the spine is good and straight.

And begin to focus on your breathing in and out.

Just on the breath.

Let your breath become soft and gentle.

And relax,

Let your shoulders rub yourselves together.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Let your breath become so gentle that you can't hear the sound of the breath.

Now,

Visualize with attentiveness a precious jewel of the five colors the size of a mustard seed at the tip of your nose.

The five colors of the jewel are blue for Akshobhya,

Red for Amitabha,

Gold for Ratnasampawa,

Green for Amogha Siddhi,

White for Bhutta by Rotsha.

Visualize this five-colored jewel at the tip of your nose.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Gold,

Green,

And white.

It doesn't matter how the colors are arranged on the jewel,

Just visualize this jewel is glowing with these five colors on the tip of your nose.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Gold,

Green,

And white.

Visualize this jewel at the tip of your nose.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Gold,

Green,

And white.

There is on your nose a multicolored jewel.

Blue,

Red,

Green,

Yellow,

White.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Green,

And white.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Green,

And white.

Just as the visualization of the Taurus produces an image of a four-sided cross,

So this jewel contains five colors,

The white being the central point of Bhutta by Rotsha.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Green,

And white.

The colors of the jewel are blue,

Red,

Green,

And white.

Now,

When it is steady,

Make the jewel expand,

But if it is unsteady,

Do not make it expand.

Expand to cover your whole body like the Taurus,

With its five colors,

Red,

Blue,

Green,

Yellow,

And white.

Master of emanation,

Make it spread forth with clouds of splendor,

The color of the light of the Buddhas.

With great clouds of bodhisattvas bearing their emblems of wheel chakra,

Vajra,

Jewel,

Lotus,

And sword.

Make it spread forth with great clouds of splendor,

The color of the light of the Buddhas.

With great clouds of bodhisattvas bearing their emblems of wheel,

Vajra,

Jewel,

Lotus,

And sword.

With great clouds of bodhisattvas bearing their emblems of wheel,

Vajra,

Jewel,

Lotus,

And sword.

With great clouds of bodhisattvas bearing their emblems of wheel,

Vajra,

Jewel,

Lotus,

And sword.

At the center of space,

Draw a moon mandala,

And in the middle of that bright mandala,

Visualize the mandala of the wheel.

At the center of space,

Draw a moon mandala,

And the third eye is said to be the moon,

The moon like Shiva.

At the center of space,

Draw this moon mandala,

And in the middle of this bright mandala,

Visualize the wheel,

The Taurus.

At the center of space,

Draw this moon mandala,

And in the middle of this bright mandala,

Visualize the wheel,

The wheel like Shiva.

At the center of space,

Draw this moon mandala,

And in the middle of this bright mandala,

Visualize the wheel,

The wheel like Shiva.

Now with lotus meditation,

Visualize the mandala of the lotus.

Intent on the jewel,

Visualize the mandala of the jewel,

And draw in space him who is born of the yoga mandala.

These are the supreme buddhas,

Mandalas born of the Vajra,

Through meditation on body,

Speech,

And mind,

Achieving omniscience.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

Om dharma dhatu svabhavatma ko ham.

The five elements of my body become inseparably linked with the five buddha colors.

My body becomes the five colored diamond.

I feel a connection between the small mandala of the third eye and the great mandala of my body in the universe.

Born of primordial awareness and the ultimate sphere of reality,

I hold the double doraji in hand.

I feel a connection between the small mandala of the third eye and the great mandala of my body in the universe.

I feel a connection between the small mandala of the third eye and the great mandala of my body in the universe.

I feel a connection between the small mandala of the third eye and the great mandala of my body in the universe.

I feel a connection between the small mandala of the third eye and the great mandala of my body in the universe.

Let my mind get out of the way of my nirvana.

May I not grasp at illusions of the mind and let the mind rest in perfect purity.

Om dharmadhatu svabhavatmoko ham.

Om sarvadhatta gata chitvajra svabhavatmoko ham.

Om sarvadhatta gata chitvajra svabhavatmoko ham.

Om sarvadhatta gata chitvajra svabhavatmoko ham.

Aroused by body,

Speech,

And mind,

Directed towards the mantra as attain ultimate siddhi,

The delight and contentment of the heart,

Meditate on mind,

Speech,

And body as selfless,

And accomplish the unity of three,

The state of sameness with space.

No substance can be perceived in reflecting on body,

Speech,

And mind.

There is no meditation and no enlightenment through the method of the embodiment of mantras.

Having understood this quality of body,

Speech,

And mind in union,

Meditate on union with enlightenment,

The mantra-conceived samadhi.
