A simple meditation practice with space for awareness of breath and stillness. The sound of a deep rich himalayan bowl for 2 minute unguided time. There is also a 2 minute silent version. I wish you ease and peace and a place to allow clarity to flow.

Welcome to your practice.

Take a moment to just get comfortable.

Allowing your chest to feel buoyant and your pelvis heavy.

Invite yourself to notice your breath.

Feeling the rise and fall of each and every breath.

Breathing with ease.

Breathing with softness.

Just being aware of your breath.

Paying attention.

Breathing in this moment.

And allowing all distractions to float away.

Keep choosing to come back to your breath.

Feeling the flow of your breath through your body.

With your rhythmic breathing.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Being aware with everything that arises.

And trying not to suppress them.

Just notice them,

Just acknowledge them.

And then let them go.

Let them drift away.

And back to your breath.
