Remember that menopause is a natural and normal part of life and you are not alone in this experience.

Meditation can be a helpful tool for managing physical and emotional symptoms of menopause and with practice you may find that it becomes easier to navigate this transition with grace and ease.

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Lie down or sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and your hands resting gently on your knees or in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Allow your body to soften and relax and visualize the letting go of any tension or stress that you may be feeling.

See yourself surrounded by a soft and soothing light.

This light represents love and compassion and it is here to support you through this transition.

Focus your attention on your breath and allow yourself to breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs with air and then exhaling slowly and completely.

As you breathe,

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself silently.

I am strong and resilient.

I am capable of handling any challenges that come my way.

I am at peace with my body and my mind.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I am strong and resilient.

I am capable of handling any challenges that come my way.

I am at peace with my body and my mind.

I am worthy of love and respect.

Continue to focus on your breath and repeat these affirmations to yourself for as long as you like,

Throughout your day.

Whenever you're ready to end the meditation,

Take a few breaths and slowly open your eyes and come back to this meditation whenever you need a little extra support.
