Unwind, release, and step out of your day to find a moment of peace. Allowing yourself the gift of time to let go and be totally present in this moment. Allowing tensions and anxiety to just melt away as you embody your physical self and your breath. Enjoy and relax. music Christopher Lloyd Clarke

Take a moment to just settle down lying or sitting,

Whatever is most comfortable for you just allow yourself to feel supported have a good alignment so you have a good flow of breath and just take a moment to step out of your day step out of whatever happened before you got to this place right now or this space let go of everything else that's happened in your day or your evening or your morning wherever you are in your day right now and take this moment just to embody yourself to be aware of yourself,

Be aware of your physical self have a little scan of your body and notice what's showing up right now,

What's being presented to you are you feeling relaxed,

Do you feel any tightness or stiffness if you're feeling any areas that are uncomfortable then just draw your attention to those and don't attach to the story of it but just be present to it and just see if you can breathe into that space breathe into those areas with a sense of openness and lightness and space really breathe into those areas create space create a sense of flow and start to visualize the energy unraveling into those spaces if it feels dark,

Really light that up have a beautiful visual of light remember that form is for you and draw that into that area,

Breathe it in fully,

Expansively create the space take a beautiful easy breath in and a nice sigh just to let that go take a breath in let that go,

Really fully let it go again draw that lightness and that space and that energy into those areas expand and let it go notice your jaw,

Allow your jaw to just relax release that tension from your jaw,

Allow your tongue to relax allow your eyes to soften relax your shoulders and your elbows your wrists and your hands,

Relax your fingers and your palms take a breath in relax your chest,

Relax your abdomen relax your back,

Your pelvis,

Your hips relax your thighs and your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles and your feet and just have a sense of lightness and softness your attention to the belly rising with the inhalation and falling with the exhalation notice where does the breath go,

Does it feel you fully or is it soft and really light,

What if you're stuck with that breath can you fully draw that breath down into your belly creating space and take an exhale letting the air out notice as you exhale how the abdominal muscles just are used that little bit more as they soften the ribs down and expel the air breathe in and breathe out I'd like to invite you now to clear your mind as much as possible and if your mind starts to get busy,

That's okay,

Just be kind,

Be aware and notice and then just allow yourself to just come back to this sensation of your breath or account of your breath just being aware enough to notice and conscious enough to come back to this present moment remembering the present moment is a gift,

It is a present so enjoy the presence of this breath,

Enjoy the presence of this moment and allow yourself this time,

This really precious time to just be to just be here fully,

To be here in this beautiful space keep drawing your attention back to your breath,

To the rise and fall from the sensation of your breath to the sound of your breath and just gently start to draw your awareness back into your space be aware of your body,

Be aware of the clothes on your skin be aware of your breath and maybe start to wiggle your fingers and your toes notice how you feel right now notice how your body feels notice your mood and your emotions gently start to just move and wake yourself back into this time remember you can come back to this practice as many times as you need to to help you relax and release any unwanted tension thank you for joining me on this practice peace and blessings you

I'm at the airport waiting to board, I thought I'd meditate before I hop on my flight as there won't be internet connection. I found a sense of stillness, in the midst of it all, thank you.

I found the teacher’s voice pleasant and background music nice too. I appreciated the pacing of this meditation. I appreciated the reminder not to attach stories to thoughts or bodily sensations. I look forward to more from this teacher.
