Take a moment to settle into a position that's comfortable for you.

Maybe that's lying on the floor or seated with your back against the wall or on a cushion.

Just take a moment to settle.

Take the weight off your shoulders.

Take your placing down a bag of worries.

Place them down.

And feel the lightness.

And then take your attention to your breath.

Feeling the rise and fall of your belly.

Just noticing.

Just being with what is.

If your mind tries to get busy and distract you,

Just be aware of it.

Don't judge it,

Just be aware.

And then come back to the breath.

The sensation of the breath.

Noticing your rhythm.

Noticing the flow of your breath.

Just riding on its rhythm.

Soft.

Easy.

Steady flow.

Noticing the flow of your breath.

Again,

Every time your mind wanders,

Notice,

Acknowledge.

Label this as a thought.

And then choose to focus back on your breath.

Acknowledge.

Breathe.

Choose.

Acknowledge where you are.

In your physical body.

In your emotional state.

In your mood.

Attention back to your breath.

Easy steady rhythm with awareness.

Choosing to keep coming back to your breath.

Choosing to be present.

Choosing to be right here,

Right now.

In this very moment.

For this moment is the only reality,

The only truth.

Acknowledge.

Breathe.

Choose.

Enjoying each and every breath.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in the beginning of a smile.

And exhale.

Softening and letting go.

Every breath is an invitation to a new reality.

A new feeling.

A new emotion.

An invitation to come home to yourself.

Enjoy each and every breath.

Feel your heart expand and your soul flourish as you reconnect back to you.

As you come home to you.

Back to your beautiful self.

Breathing in a beginning of a smile.

Breathing in life fully and beautifully.

Feeling loved.

Feeling connected.

And feeling supported.

Holding this space.

This precious moment of time.

Be fully here.

Right now.

This beautiful,

Precious moment of time you are gifted.

The awareness of your breath.

The awareness of your presence.

The reconnection to you.

Breathing in the newness of this moment.

Breathing in the chance to have a new thought.

A new moment.

A new sensation.

Breathe in love and vitality.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe in joy.

Feel the body soften as you exhale.

Feel the letting go.

Feel the space you create.

And feel the buoyancy.

Welcome to you.

Welcome to you in this beautiful moment.

Allow your heart to feel seen and heard.

Allow your soul to shine.

Allow your soul to bring your awareness back into this space.

And rub your hands gently.

Creating the sense of heat and warmth in your hands.

Place them over your eyes gently.

Feel the warmth.

Feel the energy.

And gently start to open your eyes and open your fingers to allow the light to peek through.

Taking your hands away.

Rub your hands again,

Feeling the warmth.

And place them behind your lower back on your kidneys.

And again feel the warmth.

Feel the energy from your hands into your kidneys.

And place your hands in a namaste position,

Bringing your hands together and your fingertips to touch.

Gently bowing the head,

Giving gratitude to your practice.

Giving gratitude to you.

Stand back up from your heart and lower your arms.

When you feel ready,

Rise up.

Rise up as the beautiful person you are,

Shine from your heart and walk into your day.
