David, thank you for offering this beautifully guided journey to be in/with nature's life flow. The expansion of the traditional leaves on the stream/river visualization meditation to let-go of thought and sensation struggles to include following the stream/river to the ocean, where I can float and flow in peaceful calm to wherever I am led, offered me a place to be, after my leaves were let-go and I was not just left sitting on the stream/river bank waiting/wondering for what's next.
