Good morning and namaste everybody.

Thank you so much for joining me in this morning practice.

In today's practice we will interweave various ancient exercises together.

Everything from mindfulness,

Breath awareness,

Gratitude,

The healing power of prayer,

Mantra,

And presence.

Gifting you more balance,

Clarity,

And groundedness.

It's a beautiful way to begin your day as this is the foundation your whole day is built upon,

Which is a high vibe foundation.

What a better way to start your day.

So let's dive in.

I really encourage you to notice how you feel and how these exercises start to shift not only your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body,

And your vibration.

So become aware at this moment of how you feel.

Take a deep breath in and let all tension just melt out with an audible exhale.

Notice where you have tension in the body.

Bring it your attention and breathe into that area.

Let it go with another audible sigh.

Feel that audible exhalation melting out that tension.

This time retain the breath at the top for a couple of seconds and notice what you are releasing with that audible sigh.

Now shift into just scanning the body from the crown all the way down to the tip of the toes without judging or analyzing.

Simply being mindful of what is.

How is the physical body in this moment now without creating a story.

Just notice and then let that go and scan again from the crown down if there is a dominant emotion that's alive for you right now.

And whatever it is,

It's perfect because this too will change.

And letting that go.

And as we begin this day,

Let us open up our hearts with gratitude.

Let's give thanks for the earth that gives us so much abundance.

Always holds us no matter how we're feeling.

Gives us food,

Plants,

Medicine.

What are some of the things that you're grateful for about Mother Earth?

And feel that gratitude opening up your heart.

And I can invite you to expand the gratitude into your own biological mother who gave you life,

Who sacrificed her life for you regardless of how the relationship is in this moment.

She's still your mother and she's done so much for you.

So adopting the attitude of gratitude for your mother.

And then extend that to your father regardless of the relationship with your father.

Because one of the most powerful tools we have in raising our vibration is forgiveness.

So I know some of you may have resistance.

Feel that love.

Feel that forgiveness and bless your father.

If he was there,

He did what you wanted or not.

And allow the gratitude of the father to extend to the son.

As it is the son that is our spiritual father in many traditions.

How the sun symbolically shines its light on everyone regardless of race,

Color and creed.

May we feel a gratitude for the sun,

Even if it's not shining.

And may Father Sun teach us to shine our own light on everyone.

Now take a few deep heart breaths as you expand this gratitude to whoever and wherever it needs to go in your own way in this moment right now.

Just think of that person or thing or event with your awareness in your heart center.

May we bring forth a prayer for all living beings.

Thinking about a person that needs healing at this time.

And may you imagine this invisible web of light from your heart that's going across the world,

Touching the hearts of all living beings.

And as I strike a bowl three times,

Think about where this healing energy collectively will go to.

And I will just simply bring a universal prayer for all living beings.

May the sound of this bowl go out into the darkest of spaces and places and bring forth more healing to all living beings.

Where there is suffering,

Bring strength.

Where there's depression,

Bring hope.

Where there is fear,

Bring love.

Where there is lack,

Bring abundance.

So all beings will feel support and love.

Aho.

Feel and see the vibrations that we collectively shared in our compassionate prayer for healing and love being received.

Now that we have shone light on the outside world,

Let's lift up our own frequency a little more by tuning in to the vibration of Aum.

With the help of the electric tampora instrument,

Imagine that every cell in your body is listening to the sound of this tampora.

Begin to hum with the sound of the tampora,

At least three breaths,

Followed by at least three audible Aum sounds.

And when we allow this sound,

Ah,

To resonate in the first and second chakra,

Oo,

Or Or,

To resonate in the third and fourth chakra,

And the Um sound piercing the fourth and fifth chakra,

And ending in silence,

Connecting the seventh chakra.

They bring energy,

Vibration,

Not only to the physical body,

But the subtle body.

After three audible Aums,

I invite you to rest in presence for three minutes,

And I will ring a bell to bring you back.

In this time,

If you're not used to silence,

I invite you to bring awareness to your breath.

Allow it to anchor you.

And for those who have a more wandering mind,

Perhaps call in love as you inhale,

And recite peace as you exhale,

And allow the words to strengthen and anchor you into the present moment.

Those are just examples.

So let's begin.

Begin to notice how you feel at the end of this practice,

In comparison to when you first sat down.

Again,

Without analyzing,

Just scan from the crown to the feet.

Just notice the emotional body.

There is a shift in your emotional field.

And before we conclude the practice,

I invite you to set an intention for this day.

Maybe it is a feeling that you want to experience,

Or a task you want to complete.

As you deepen your breath,

Bring your imagination into this seed of intention.

See it happening,

And most importantly,

Feel what it feels like that it's already happened.

I thank you for joining me in this practice today,

And may it be a practice that you return to again and again,

So you feel a stable foundation for the rest of your day.
