Whatever it might be.
So I'm going to play music designed by Shannon Shine with the pandrom.
As she starts playing,
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting down with your spine straight or lying down with your arms by your sides.
If you need to,
Pay attention to your surroundings,
Whether you're mowing the grass or doing some other activity.
But if you are able to,
Close your eyes,
Take a few deep breaths,
A deep inhale,
And a deep exhale.
Allow yourself to relax.
And let go of any tension.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful sanctuary.
A place where you feel completely safe and at ease.
The sanctuary could be a serene beach,
A quiet forest,
Or a cozy room filled with soft light.
As you breathe,
Feel the calming energy of the space surrounding you.
Feel it allowing you to release any stress or fatigue as you exhale.
And notice your breath.
Be mindful of the sensation of air flowing in and out of your body.
With each inhale,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded,
More centered.
Grounded.
More centered.
With every exhale,
Let go of any thoughts or worries that might be weighing you down.
So imagine roots growing from the bottom of your feet,
Spreading down into the earth.
Feel the earth providing you with stability and support.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to relax.
Begin now to visualize in your mind a gentle,
Warm light.
Surrounding your body.
This light represents peace,
Relaxation,
Rest,
And healing.
See this light slowly dissolving any areas of tension,
Dissolving any areas of stress.
Dissolving any areas of fatigue within you.
Visualize the light moving up and down through your body.
Feel the light as it allows your muscles,
Allows your mind,
And allows your spirit to relax more and more.
You can feel more and more restful.
You feel more and more healing.
Allow yourself to fully embrace the experience of finding rest,
Relaxation,
Healing.
Now imagine a healing energy flowing into your body with each breath.
This energy can be a soft,
Golden light that enters your body.
Moving down through your entire body.
Visualize a light flowing through and rejuvenating and revitalizing and rejuvenating and rejuvenating and rejuvenating and rejuvenating and rejuvenating and rejuvenating and rejuvenating and rejuvenating every cell in your body.
Feel this healing light restoring your energy.
Feel it replenishing your creativity.
Feel it bringing you a sense of calm and balance.

All around you are elements and things that bring you joy.
Imagine things around you that bring you joy,

So continue to relax and sink into this experience of being surrounded by things that bring you joy and comfort.
And this helps you to feel supported and nurtured by your surroundings.
As you rest and heal in this space,
I'm going to repeat some affirmations.
You can repeat them with me in your mind or out loud.
But just listen deeply to each affirmation and try to feel it.
Tap into the feeling of this affirmation.
