Hello there,

My name is Silamon and I am going to be guiding you through this meditation designed to create mindfulness for your creative soul.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable position and I would suggest either lying down with your arms by your sides or you can sit down with a straight spine.

I suggest whatever you do,

Make sure that you are able to be comfortable throughout this meditation.

Find a comfortable place,

Begin to relax,

Allow yourself to let go.

Let go of everything that's happened to you before this moment as you tune in and begin to relax.

If you can,

You can close your eyes and begin to imagine yourself in a peaceful,

Inspiring environment.

Imagine yourself somewhere where you are able to relax,

Somewhere you feel inspired to be creative.

As you breathe in,

Tune into your body.

Notice the air as it flows around to every part of your body.

Feel that oxygen going into every muscle,

Every cell of your body.

Continue to breathe and with every exhale,

Let go of any distractions.

Let go of any stress or worries.

Continue to breathe and relax.

Noticing that breath,

Being mindful once again.

The balance of the air keeping us alive.

Notice the balance of life as we inhale all of the oxygen created by Earth.

And as we exhale,

We're also giving life back to the Earth.

Take a moment to be mindful of the balance that already exists within us.

Continue to breathe.

As you do so,

Be mindful of any thoughts flowing through your mind.

Just becoming aware of each one.

Acknowledge it and then let it go.

And see each thought like a leaf floating down a river.

And you just watch each one float away until it disappears.

Feeling your mind becoming more relaxed.

Becoming more clear.

And remember the environment that you're in,

That peaceful,

Inspiring environment.

See yourself in this area.

Continuing to relax more.

Becoming more mindful.

Noticing roots spreading down out of your feet,

Rooting into the ground,

Allowing you to feel centered and grounded.

And bring all of your awareness into this moment right now.

And just become mindful of everything that you're feeling.

Tuning into your body.

Tuning into your emotions.

Continuing to be more present and aware of this moment right here.

Any thoughts of the past or the future,

Anything outside of this moment,

Let it go for right now.

Embrace the here and now.

Knowing that in this moment here,

This is the moment where creativity can thrive.

Begin now to shift your focus,

Shift that mindfulness to your creative soul and begin to imagine what that looks like,

Your creative soul.

Maybe it's a soft glowing light in your heart.

Maybe it's a certain color.

But just imagine your creative soul.

The soul that is able to connect with and channel the flow of creative energy.

With each breath,

Feel this light,

Feel your creative soul growing brighter and more vibrant.

Allow it to expand,

Filling you with a sense of inspiration.

As you connect with your creative soul,

Be mindful of whatever feelings or sensations arise for you.

Maybe you feel a sense of joy and fulfillment.

Maybe you feel gratitude.

Maybe you feel at ease because you were able to let whatever idea go.

You allowed yourself to create whatever was trying to channel through you.

So feel,

Imagine,

See yourself connecting more and more deeply with your creative soul.

Being more and more mindful of what that means,

What that is.

Connecting with your creative soul.

Imagine that you're able to tune more and more into that creative flow,

Allowing your creative soul to express.

So imagine yourself working on a creative project in that peaceful,

Inspiring environment that you're in.

Fully immerse yourself in the process.

Remember,

You are working on this creative project,

Establishing a connection with your creative soul.

So what does your creative process look like?

Being really connected with your creative soul.

Being mindful of each step,

Each part of the process.

And what would it be like to completely emerge into the act of creating?

What would it be like to be fully engaged and mindful in your creative work?

Breathe and notice how it feels to be fully present,

Fully mindful,

Fully engaged.

What is it like to create more mindfully?

Continue to immerse yourself in this experience.

As you do,

I'm going to repeat a few affirmations,

And I would like you to feel the words as if they are true.

If you notice any doubt about them,

Send love,

Compassion,

And mindfulness to any of those doubts,

Any of those blockages.

And then by noticing and being aware of them,

We can heal and move on from them.

But just try to imagine and feel what these affirmations are like when they are completely and authentically true.

I am able to be fully present and aware of every moment.

I am able to be fully aware and present of each moment.

I am able to be fully aware and present in each moment.

I trust in my connection to my creative soul.

I trust in my connection to my creative soul.

I trust in my connection to my creative soul.

And feel the truth resonating within you,

Reinforcing that creative energy and flow.

Allow yourself a few more moments to enjoy the space that you've created.

This is an opportunity for you to visualize anything you would like.

If there's anything that you need physically,

Spiritually,

Mentally,

Energetically,

Imagine breathing in and accepting anything that you need in this moment right now.

For anyone who would like to continue in this meditation,

I invite you to come back on your own time.

When you're ready,

Just focus on that breathing and it will bring you back.

So continue if you would wish.

If you're ready to end the meditation along with me,

Focus on your breathing once again and allow the visual,

Whatever you see in your mind,

Whatever you're focused on,

Begin to let it go.

Feel yourself connecting back with your physical body.

Back into the here and now,

All of your awareness,

All of your senses,

All of your energy,

All of your being returns to your physical body.

When you're ready,

Take a deep inhale and hold it at the top.

Feel the energy of this meditation building up.

When you can no longer hold it as you exhale,

It solidifies into your physical reality.

And now this meditation will be with you long after it is over.

The energy,

The mindfulness,

Everything you've cultivated will continue to help you long after the meditation is over.

So when you're ready,

Take another deep inhale,

And as you exhale,

You can open your eyes.

Come back from the meditation.
