Hello,

My name is Megan.

Welcome to your morning practice.

You're going to get connected to ourselves and so go ahead and come into a comfortable position.

Maybe you're still lying down,

Maybe you're seated.

Just go ahead and get into a position that feels good for you.

If you're seated,

Let those shoulders be stacked on top of your hips.

Let your neck be long.

Let's all just take a nice big exhale together.

Let it go.

Placing the tongue on the roof of your mouth,

Inhale through your nose,

Fill up.

Just finding a nice rhythm here of inhaling and exhaling.

Noticing how your breath feels this morning.

Bringing your attention right to that place where you feel air coming in.

Where you feel it releasing.

You're going to start to have that conversation with yourself this morning.

How am I feeling?

How am I really feeling?

Just tune your attention into this present moment here.

Allow yourself to take note.

Without any judgment or expectations.

Just validating and acknowledging how you've woken up today.

Letting yourself know I hear you.

I see you.

I feel you.

Allow your next exhales to move.

Any sort of judgment or shoulds out of your body.

How you have arrived is perfect.

If you notice that you are here with some feelings that you don't want to bring with you today.

Notice it with your next exhale.

Lovingly send it away.

Feel the lightness on your shoulders now.

The spaciousness in your body.

Allow yourself to welcome in whatever it is that you want for today.

How do I want to show up?

What is my intention for being in the world today?

Allow your inhales to bring that in and trust that these answers will come to you.

If you find that you are residing up in your head,

Go ahead and drop that intention down into your body,

Back to your breath.

Just this inhale and just this exhale.

You get to decide how you show up today.

You get to decide your interactions with others.

Your responses to whatever comes.

Go ahead and just envision what that looks like.

What that sounds like and feels like to be the best version of you today.

To let love pour out of you and create a ripple with everyone you meet.

To stay close to yourself.

To prioritize your self-care.

To know that you are worthy and deserving of time and energy.

So let these things fill you up and feel a warmth in your heart start to buzz throughout your body.

Today is going to be a great day.

Today I choose love.

Let your breath connect you to yourself here.

To your presence.

To your positivity.

To your potential.

To your limitless potential.

Knowing that we are all in this together,

Let's go ahead and breathe in together.

Fill up.

And exhale,

Let that go.

Breathing in again.

Feel yourself strong and powerful.

Motivated by love.

And then exhale to let it go.

Your next inhale you can stretch those arms out to the side.

Lift your chest,

Lift your chin.

And then exhaling go ahead and wrap those arms around you.

Give yourself that last pep talk for the day you've got this.

You get to choose.

Know that you are loved.

And have the capacity to love yourself and others deeply.

And with so much love and gratitude from me,

May today be exactly what you envision.

Let it bring you closer to your dreams and closer to yourself.

Have the best day.
