In a world that often asks us to do more and be more, this gentle meditation offers a powerful reminder: you are already enough. Through a series of grounded affirmations, you’ll reconnect with your inherent worth—not because of what you produce or how well you perform, but simply because you exist. Let this be a space to come home to yourself, to release the need to prove, and to remember your value is not up for debate. This practice is a soft anchor for anyone navigating self-doubt, burnout, or the pressure to constantly “be better.”

Hello,

My name is Courtney,

Also known as Self Care Creature,

And right now we are going to move through an affirmation meditation for cultivating and remembering your self-worth.

Sometimes when we move through these affirmations,

Not everything is going to resonate,

Or sometimes it can bring up some emotion.

So if anything feels particularly uncomfortable or prickly,

I invite you to bring pen to paper and journal it out.

That helps to untangle some of these things sometimes to really get it out of our minds.

So as you're comfortable,

I invite you to settle in,

Find any little wiggles that are needed,

Take a couple of deep breaths,

Maybe let out a couple of sighs,

Begin finding that neutral space of the face.

The face is a place we hold so much tension and expression.

Releasing the jaw and the tongue can especially encourage a cascade effect down through the rest of the body,

Inviting the rest of the body to settle into its neutral space.

Breathing here for a couple of moments,

Allowing your breath to arrive where your body is,

And just noticing here,

Just noticing.

There's no need to be anything more than what you are right here,

Right now,

In this moment.

Landing in this moment together with honesty and gentleness towards ourselves.

You are worthy,

Not because of what you do,

Not because of how much you give,

And not because of how well you hold it all together.

You are worthy simply because you are here and you are you.

Taking a few deep breaths as you listen to these words,

Let them wash over you.

And I'm going to read some affirmations to you.

You may repeat them softly to yourself or in your mind,

However it resonates for you.

I am enough just as I am right here,

Right now.

My worth is not up for debate.

I do not need to prove,

Perform,

Or perfect in order to belong.

My presence matters.

And I trust that who I am and who I continue to become is valuable.

I am valuable.

I honor the truth of my being,

The truth of who I am as I continue to discover that for myself.

I am allowed to take up space.

I am allowed to take up space.

And I let myself take up space.

I am allowed to rest.

And I let myself rest.

I am allowed to receive.

And I practice receiving.

I know that my worth does not increase when I am busy.

And I know my worth does not shrink when I fall apart.

And I know that falling apart is part of the puzzle,

Part of the plan,

Part of being human.

And I hold myself and all pieces of myself in the put-togetherness and the falling apartness.

My worth is steady.

My worth is innate to who I am,

Intrinsically part of my being,

Woven into the fabric of this human experience.

My worth is sacred.

Continue breathing here,

Allowing yourself to really feel into these words and these affirmations.

Maybe a couple linger with you,

Repeating any that seem to resonate with you.

Stay in your mind,

Feeling that gentle rise and fall of the breath.

Letting yourself feel into these affirmations,

Like sunlight warming your skin,

Or the quiet knowing that you belong in this world exactly as you are.

Take a breath into that truth right now,

And let it anchor you.

You belong in this world exactly as you are.

When you're ready,

Bring some gentle movement back to your body.

You can wiggle the toes,

The fingers,

Maybe the nose,

Rock the body side to side,

Wiggle the neck a little bit,

And carry this with you,

Not as something to chase,

But as something to remember.

You are enough,

Always.
