Hello and good morning.

This meditation is intended to be a morning practice of self-love.

No matter where you may be on that journey towards self-love,

I understand that's a big word for some of us depending on where you're at.

Invitation to find just some gentle wiggles,

A gentle sway,

And as you're comfortable perhaps just gently bringing your hands over your own heart and taking some deeper breaths here,

Beginning to elongate the breath.

As you inhale,

Can the belly expand?

And through your exhales,

Letting all that air exit,

Feeling the belly float towards the low back.

Finding that neutral space of the face,

Some slack in the jaw,

Unlatching the tongue,

Eyes settle,

Brow line unfurrows.

Here you are.

Notice yourself,

Eyes closed or open,

Wherever you may sit.

Here you are.

Another day of life in this human experience.

Can you breathe some gratitude into your body?

Grateful for the people that you know?

Perhaps grateful to have a roof over your head?

Grateful for the connections you've made in your life that you continue to make?

Grateful for figuring it out.

You don't have to have it all figured out,

But that you are putting one foot in front of the other and figuring it out.

Breathing here,

Just breathing into your own life's experience.

No one else is you.

No one else has walked in your shoes.

The experience of being you is entirely unique and individual amidst the billions of human beings on planet earth.

Breathe into this space.

Belly,

Ribs,

Heart,

Back of heart space.

Coming into some deeper exhales or longer exhales if you can.

Just a few more breaths like this.

As you're comfortable,

Maybe letting out some audible exhales.

And no matter what unfolds today,

May you believe that you are doing your best with the tools you have,

With where you are right now,

With what you know.

Some days are going to be off.

Some days we don't feel our best,

But the point is that here you are right now,

You're taking time to tune in with your own body and your nervous system is responding without a doubt.

And this helps you to deepen and form this relationship with you.

Remind yourself here,

I will not abandon myself.

I am here for myself through it all.

The thick,

The thin,

The struggles,

And the ease.

I surrender to what's unfolding in my life.

I work in reciprocal relation with others and especially myself.

I slow down and I tune in.

I care and caring means stabilizing and protecting my center so that that care can bridge out to the world and be met in powerful and opportunistic ways.

Whatever the day brings,

I'm wishing you strength and ease through it knowing that you can support yourself.

Thank you for taking this time to tune in and to breathe and to remember this relationship with yourself,

To remember your strength,

And to cultivate just a tiny little bit towards self-love.

If comfortable,

Hand on your heart,

Nice deep breath,

Can you tell yourself I love you?

Maybe it's more simple to say I'm here.

Or even just a simple thank you for now.

You may choose to linger here for a few moments longer,

Bring yourself back when you're ready.

Thank you for showing up for you this morning.
