Welcome to the Surrender Meditation.
Please feel free to put yourself in any comfortable position and take a deep breath in and breath out,
Relaxing all of your muscles.
Inhale and exhale.
Feel as all of your troubles and all of the tension is leaving your body now.
You don't need it at the moment.
Deep breath in.
Feel as the air fills your lungs.
Feel as prana,
The life force,
Is flowing through your veins.
And relaxing exhale.
Let's go.
Surrender is an art of living the happiest life.
Our minds tend to control everything around us.
And the truth is that nothing,
I repeat,
Nothing,
Can be controlled by us.
The only thing that we can control is our minds.
So today,
Let's choose to let go.
Today,
Let's choose to let go.
Now close your eyes and imagine the sea.
Look at the water,
Look at the waves,
Look at the sea.
Sea is always present,
It is ever-changing,
It is always different than it was the last time you've seen it.
Sea is always in flow,
Sea is always at peace,
Even if it seems like it's all in chaos.
Because it's all in the surface,
But deep inside,
Everything is stable and in perfect harmony.
Sea is at peace with what is.
Because it's aware that what changes is,
It's outside.
And its inside is always the same.
It surrenders because it knows it's something way more than the ever-changing surface.
And wise man is like the sea.
He's at peace with all that is happening around him,
His thoughts and feelings.
Because he knows he is more than that.
Only at the surface,
The sea seems to be chaos.
But deep within,
It is untouched and it's peace.
Person is just the same.
So take a deep breath in,
And deep breath out.
What are you struggling with at the moment?
What is something you're battling with?
What is something you try to control?
Maybe you are mad because you were late to work today.
Maybe you have an important work to do.
Or you failed at some projects for work or school.
Or maybe you have some family problems or you're struggling with eating disorder.
No matter what it is,
Acceptance is the first key to freedom.
Because fight can make you win a battle.
But surrender will make you win the war.
So now,
Please imagine all the things that you're struggling with.
As they appear in your head as bubbles.
And take a deep inhale.
And on the next exhale,
Let these bubbles go with the air leaving your body.
Please take one deep inhale and feel it.
Keep it for a while in your chest.
Feel the air filling your lungs.
And now exhale.
That's what matters.
The breath.
The life force.
Now,
Please remember,
You are this untouched inner-sea.
No matter what is happening in your life,
You can always come back to your within.
And remind yourself,
You are beyond your struggles.
Beyond your thoughts.
Beyond your feelings.
Beyond your job.
Beyond your financial situation.
Beyond it all.
This is just the surface and it only matters for those who seek something shallow.
Truth is,
You can feel peace when there's a very stressful situation happening around you.
I will show you how.
The best and easiest way to come back to who you really are is through your breath.
Because you breathe all the time,
You cannot survive without breathing.
And breath unites your within with your without.
As the air around you becomes the life force inside you.
And the used force from inside you becomes the air outside.
So now,
Please focus on your breathing.
Observe your natural breathing cycle.
Is your breath deep or shallow?
Focus on your nose.
And observe this place for a little while.
Focus on the sensations of the air coming into your body and the air leaving it.
And now,
Please focus on your breath.
And observe this place for a little while.
Focus on the sensations of the air leaving it.
And observe this place for a little while.
Focus on the sensations of the air leaving it.
And now,
Please focus on your breath.
And observe this place for a little while.
Focus on the sensations of the air leaving it.
And observe this place for a little while.
And now,
Please focus on your breath.
Focus on the sensations of the air leaving it.
And now,
We'll count to ten.
So,
Take a deep breath in.
One.
And exhale.
Take an inhale.
Two.
And exhale.
Take a breath in,
Three.
And exhale.
And continue counting to ten in your own tempo.
Repeat this exercise three times.
And if you ever get lost,
Start counting from one,
Wherever you are.
Just surrender.
Release control and surrender to the flow.
And now,
Please focus on your breath.

Please remember that surrender is not escaping from your life.
This is making peace with it.
This is the art of surrender,
Being unbothered by all the negative situations,
Remembering your way more than this,
The untouched deep inside of the sea.
Because like I said,
Fight can make you win a battle,
But surrender will make you win the war.
So please take a last deep inhale and let go of everything on the exhale.
