Hi,

Welcome to the meditation practice that will help you find yourself again.

If you're here,

It means that you're probably seeking calmness,

Ease and you really want to feel better.

This meditation will definitely give you what you seek.

Please place yourself in a comfortable sitting or laying position so you can find yourself comfortable with your hands facing the sky.

Take a deep breath in and on the exhale close your eyes.

I would like to tell you that the way you feel is completely fine.

Everyone has their bad days.

Sometimes it is caused by something and sometimes we just wake up like this and it's alright.

Sadness,

Fear and pain are states that are some kind of the signs saying look within,

Listen to yourself.

So please take a deep inhale and ask yourself what is my intention for this practice?

What do you want to achieve by this meditation?

What ifs that you seek?

Maybe it is to find peace of mind,

Find ease or to come back to yourself.

It can be anything.

Inhale Exhale What is your intention?

Whatever it is,

It's perfect and valuable just because it's yours.

Now I want us to take 5 deep breaths together.

Breath in 1 Breath out Breath in 2 Breath out Breath in 3 Breath out Breath in 4 Breath out Breath in 5 And breath out Now please focus on your heart and ask yourself what do I feel and let the answers come.

Do not judge it,

Accept it.

These are just feelings,

They are not you and this fact gives you the power.

You can always choose whether you want to feel them or just observe and let them pass.

It is that you feel.

And whatever you're feeling right now,

Please take a deep breath in for your nose and on the exhale just let it all go.

Inhale Exhale Release Relax your body,

Face and let it go.

Breath in And breath out Feel as this energy is leaving your body and on the inhale you are filled with this new clean fresh air.

Inhale I am filled with curiosity and peace.

Exhale I release what no longer serves me.

Inhale I am filled with curiosity and peace.

Exhale I release what no longer serves me.

Inhale I am filled with curiosity and peace.

And exhale I release what no longer serves me.

And now repeat it in your own breathing tempo.

Perfect.

Now please again focus on your heart and ask yourself what is that I need?

And on the inhale open yourself to everything that comes to your mind.

Inhale Exhale How can you give yourself what you need?

If there is something you can do,

Please do it right after you finish this practice.

Now we will take 5 deep breaths again together.

Inhale 5 Exhale Inhale 4 Exhale Exhale 3 Exhale Inhale 2 Exhale Inhale 1 And exhale Beautiful.

Now ask yourself what am I grateful for?

Gratitude is a powerful force.

It is like a magnet.

The more grateful we are,

The more reasons to be grateful the universe gives us.

For example I am grateful for my breath,

This meditation and you,

That you trusted me and decided to practice with me.

And what are you grateful for?

Feel as with breathing in,

You are filled with this wonderful warm spark of gratitude.

Feel as with each breath,

It fills your body more and more,

Leaving you in pure state of bliss.

On the next inhale,

Put your hands on your heart and repeat after me.

I deserve to feel good.

I am open for all the goodness of this life.

Nothing happens for me.

I choose joy.

I choose gratitude.

I choose myself.

I am one with myself.

Inhale Exhale It's all good.

Breath in Breath out Breath in Breath out Breath in Breath out Now on the inhale,

Put your hands up and on the exhale,

Place your hands on your heart.

How do you feel?

Has anything changed from when you started?

Observe yourself with open heart and acceptance.

Take a deep breath in and on the exhale,

Put your hand down to your heart,

Thanking yourself,

Your very own self,

For choosing to help yourself in need.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Namaste.

Wow! What an excellent practice this was. Sebastian creates several different moments of mindfulness and uses effective techniques to help you feel relaxed, present, and at ease. He’s got some real talent here and though I wasn’t having a bad day when I started the practice, I’m prepared to have an even better day after listening to this. Good quality narration and soothing background music too.
