SoBe Mindful guided practices help cue a greater present moment awareness, both while engaged in formal sitting practice and amid everyday moments. Based on the program developed by Scott Rogers and the book, "The Elements of Mindfulness," sensory imagery and experience awaken one to greater mindful awareness. This is done through facilitating a deepening connection to the natural world, and our own true nature, coming to appreciate that they are one and the same. Listening to the SoBe Mindful guided practices leads to a more spontaneous and effortless waking up out of automatic pilot throughout the day, especially when out in nature and interacting with the same elements that are embedded in the guided practices.
