Let's start by sitting straight back straight and put our hands on our legs just let them lie let them rest let's start to watch our breaths how it goes in and out watch how the breath changes your body watch when you exhale the body relaxes put your attention on your head and when you exhale it relaxes even more put your attention in your shoulders and when you exhale it relaxes more put the attention on your belly and let it relax the legs feet your hands your eyes your mouth during this meditation we'll talk about creating an unstoppable impulse an unstoppable impulse is necessary to reach for what we desire and to get there we start by finding an integral balance it means a balance between the mental the emotional and the physical mental is to process information and find solutions physical is to push sickness as much as possible so we can do our homeworks and responsibilities and emotional is for it to make sense to find solutions being responsible and love when we have an integral balance all adversity becomes like a small stone on the road we just go through it to find integral balance and to reach the unstoppable impulse we need to meditate on seven different kinds of shields that we put to ourselves each one of them protects a different part of our beings all of them are necessary for a survival the first one is fear and it's related with the survival instinct what are we scared of what are we most scared of watch fear to the eyes we are worried for our survival it's natural that we freeze let fear to start flowing it's time the next one is guilt and it's related with pleasure let's look at all of the guilt that we carry what are we blaming ourselves of watch how deep guilt goes accept the reality that these situations happen and do not let it cloud and poison you we must learn how to forgive ourselves and let go the next one is shame and it's related with willpower what are we ashamed of what's our biggest disappointments of ourselves it's natural to feel the pressure of not being what others pretend from us accept this part of our lives so we can let it go the next one is grief and it's related with love put your grief in front of you all of it the ones that are not there anymore the ones that abandon us the ones that are far from us and the ones that are not ready for us let the pain flow let it go the next one is lies but those lies that we tell ourselves what are those lies that we tell to ourselves to reach to a balance it's necessary to accept the realities around us the next one is illusion the biggest illusion of this life it's the idea of separation what we think it's separated and it's different it's no other than just different faces of the same we are one being but we are just letting ourselves go by the illusion of the visual and tangible and the last shield is attachment let's meditate on what attaches us to this life let's invite those attachments to flow from us these seven shields fear guilt shame grief lies illusion and attachment is nothing more than different ways to protect ourselves from being hurt meditate on them and lowering those defenses prepare us to one day find an integral balance so we can live in peace happy and completely completely going directly to our purpose that is an unstoppable impulse put your attention back on the breath watch how it goes how it comes in and out observe the body your hands your feet your shoulders your head listen to my voice listen to the music feel everything that is around you and by taking a deep breath now you when you are ready open your eyes
