Today we're talking about trust your body.

Your body can't lie.

If you feel uncomfortable around a person or in an environment,

Your body will make it clear to you.

Remember,

Danger sometimes feels like attraction.

Toxicity sometimes feels like excitement.

When your body feels,

Let it inform you.

Don't cast aside this amazing intuitive gift.

What you are seeking is safe,

Comfortable,

Loving,

And kind.

Your body says you have found this when you feel relaxed.

The universe.

So once again,

I want to break this down a little bit.

So the first statement,

Your body can't lie.

It's very interesting because your mind,

Your mind lies all the time.

You know,

You might lie to other people,

You might lie to yourself.

Your mind is an adept liar.

It's hard to tell.

It's hard to tell when your mind has the truth.

But your body can't lie.

Your body can only tell the truth.

If you feel good,

Your body tells you.

If you feel safe,

Your body tells you.

If you feel loved,

Your body tells you.

So it's this very interesting dynamic of your mind is lying at least part of the time.

It's just how humans minds work.

Even if you're trying to be a truthful,

Honest person,

Your mind just plays a lot of tricks or has a lot of thoughts or ideas,

Especially when it's based in fear and anger cycles.

But your body is this ultimate truth teller.

It lets you know how things really are based on your your reactions.

You talk about trust your gut.

Your gut is one place,

But it's trust your whole body's experience.

How you,

How you feel in your body is the reality of a situation,

The reality of an energy of a situation.

What you are seeking is safe,

Comfortable,

Loving,

And kind.

Now a lot of times in society,

Society's way of looking at at love and romance,

Older style romance would be you meet someone,

There's this thrill of the attraction,

Right?

And I'm sure those of us hearing these ideas are like,

Yeah I've done that.

So you feel this thrill of the attraction and what you're really doing is,

Is you're feeling the danger.

Like this is not a good situation or person.

How exciting,

Right,

Is the classic bad boy bad girl attraction.

Toxicity sometimes feels like excitement,

Especially if you've been raised in a more of a dysfunctional family setup.

You know,

You know this toxicity so well and so you meet someone and it feels,

It feels exciting to have this blast of negative energy.

It feels exciting and you know we don't make a judgment on this because humans are complicated and so part of the the role of being or becoming divine human,

We are divine human but we can become more divine,

Is kind of looking at the patterns of you know when your mind is lying,

When danger feels like attraction,

When toxicity feels like excitement and beginning to look at these patterns and checking in with your body and seeing what's real.

Because what you are seeking again is safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind and this is what you are truly seeking even if the mind is getting confused by oh it's exciting or oh it's attracting.

Safe and comfortable and loving and kind,

You know it kind of sounds like,

Like,

Like a pillow.

Just like,

Just kind of there you know it's or it's a potato you know it's just sort of there.

It doesn't sound very exciting or attracting and yet that's where this sense of wholeness is for us.

Safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind and maybe in some situations you can't be safe but you can be kind or in some situations you can't be comfortable but you can be loving and so on.

So we're trying to get to all four of those safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind and you're trying to feel these feelings in your body.

Your body knows when you are safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind.

If your body feels good that's where you are.

And here's the last key of this,

Your body says you have found this safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind when you feel relaxed.

So if you're feeling stressed or anxious or worried,

If your body doesn't feel good,

Your mind doesn't feel good,

You're not having this aspect of relaxation.

Now in this world people aren't used to feeling relaxed.

A lot of people haven't felt relaxed since golly a long time,

Decades and yet when you start to look into this idea of feeling relaxed as something that's highly beneficial to you and when you start to make that part of your goal so that part of your goal is following the guidance of the universe and part of your goal is putting yourself in these situations where you are safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind so that your body feels relaxed.

Things start to become really different.

We talk about this idea of living in a different reality from maybe what is going on in mainstream world.

Living in a different reality from everybody's stress and worry and you can you can do this,

You can choose this but it's not exciting necessarily and it's not a track attraction feeling,

It's not dangerous feeling,

It's relaxed.

See today no matter what's going on in your life and recalling as I'm recording this we're in the middle of the coronavirus and and yet there's still opportunities to feel relaxed even in this global scenario.

You can join in with the drama or you can choose to have this relaxed approach.

One of the things that I've been thinking about and so the coronavirus puts us in touch with our mortality very very quickly.

We don't feel safe,

We don't feel comfortable,

There's danger,

There's there's toxicity but also there's this sense of mortality like am I going to survive this,

Are my loved ones going to survive this and the thing that I've been thinking about and receiving in meditation is this is no different than any day.

Any day a couple years ago you were in the same spot you might have felt you know resilient or you might have felt in that nothing could harm you,

Inviolable but in reality the space you were in a couple years ago it was the same and one second you could die,

In one second your loved ones could die,

This is just how life is.

As souls you know we we are here in this lifetime for a limited time even though as souls we are infinite and so the situation has not changed.

At any moment now in one second you could die,

I could die,

Our loved ones could die.

It's no different than it was a couple years ago when life seemed really normal.

So just put all these ideas together and begin to find these places where you can relax even when things feel scary and remember what you are seeking is safe,

Comfortable,

Loving and kind and if you can't get all four of those see which of them that you can get.

Instead of going into panic you can treat someone with kindness,

Instead of being angry about the situation you can be loving and so forth and so on.

These are complicated times but actually all times are complicated or all times are simple.

It's really a matter of understanding your true essence as soul and looking at it from that perspective.

Thank you. Very reaffirming and helpful. It seems like this is something I should know naturally, but it helps to hear and name the body sensations and emotions and then choose which ones I want in my life. 👍🏼🤗
