Today we're talking about release a thought loop.

Stop worrying the same bead.

If you can't find a solution to a problem,

Stop thinking about it.

Do something else.

Let that problem pause.

The universe is always working to bring you into the path of highest possibility.

When your brain can't figure something out or when things seem impossible to resolve,

It's time to turn the question over to your soul.

Ask from that place,

The universe.

So a lot of people in the past used rosaries or prayer beads.

A lot of people use those now and this is where this idea comes from.

Stop worrying the same bead or this idea of using worry beads to sort of count and manage your looping mind,

Releasing thought loops.

When you get really stuck in one place,

Maybe you have anxiety about a particular issue.

Maybe you're incredibly worried about some situation that is happening now or might be happening in the future and comes a time when you find yourself thought looping,

Thought looping,

Thought looping on the same thing over and over and no matter how hard you try to think about something else,

You're just thinking about this worry or anxiety again.

So this idea from the universe is stop worrying the same bead.

If you can't figure it out,

Do something else and let that problem pause.

And some of the things you can do are especially good to get in your body.

Take a walk,

Ride your bike,

Do some yoga,

Do some stretching,

Go for a run.

If those are available to you,

Those are perfect.

Sometimes it's really awesome to just take a nap,

Just even a quick 10-minute catnap where you just sort of shut yourself down and allow yourself to rest and relax.

Sometimes something as easy as stepping outside and breathing the air will kind of reset you.

You step outside,

You notice some nature,

You look around and you notice it's all okay.

Sometimes you can switch your thought looping by doing things like taking a shower or taking a bath.

All of these are ways of sort of jolting or shifting or breaking the pattern of the thought loop,

Getting off the same bead of worry and anxiety and moving on to something else.

These pattern disruptions,

So we've been talking about synchronicities as disruptors that get our attention,

And you can use this idea of a disruptor.

You can manage that yourself.

So when you have a thought loop or you're worrying the same bead,

You can remind yourself that you have the power to disrupt the thought loop by doing something else.

And it can even be as simple as moving your attention very in-depth to something in the room with you.

So for example,

If I'm worrying about a particular current or possible future situation,

I can just look with this quality of softness and noticing and kind of this very neutral way,

I can look at something else in the room.

Like I can look at my water bottle now and just like really look at it,

Really notice,

Okay my water bottle right now is it's a Voss,

So it's a glass cylinder.

It's got yellow writing on it.

It's half full and I never noticed really how the yellow writing was there or I never really noticed what the lettering looked like for that particular brand and I just never really noticed it,

How it's sort of like a little vase.

Hmm,

Water bottle.

And just that brief moment of paying attention to something else breaks the thought loop.

It stops the worry on the same bead.

So if you have this feeling,

Let the problem pause.

Ask from your soul for help from the universe.

Ask from your soul when your brain can't figure it out.

Ask from that place.
