Today we're talking about notice synchronicities.
Synchronicities are how the universe gets your attention.
These happen literally all the time and they are meant to direct you to flow.
If you think you haven't received any synchronicities lately,
This is not true.
You are simply not noticing them.
Get out of your head and pay attention.
Divine guidance is continuous.
The universe.
When I work with my group training,
We do a lot of practices where we'll do a meditation,
We'll ask for divine guidance on a particular question that we have,
And then sometimes we'll receive a sign or a symbol in visioning.
And then sometimes I'll ask people to go out and to ask the universe that they can receive the same sign as confirmation.
So they do a meditation in which they're asking a question,
They receive a vision or a symbolic answer.
And then we ask,
And we don't do this every time,
But sometimes we'll just ask to rediscover or to re-see that sign in real life within a few minutes or a couple hours or a few days after that meditation.
And what begins to happen is that the cynics among us,
Which includes me sometimes,
Will be really shocked and dazzled by the synchronicity that shows up by the repeat of what the message was and then how we see it in the real world in a really,
Really big way.
One woman of the group training really enjoyed birds,
And one of her visionary signs in a meditation was a flock of birds.
And,
You know,
That wouldn't seem too hard.
You could just go outside and wait for a flock of birds,
I guess.
But what happened to her is that within a few minutes after that meditation,
Within a few minutes of asking the universe,
Okay,
If this is my sign,
A flock of birds,
I want to see it in real life as a confirmation of the universe's participation.
And within a few minutes,
A gigantic flock of hundreds of,
It was actually pelicans,
In an area where they did not have pelicans soared over her house and she was able to go out and be in that for,
I don't know,
10 or 15 minutes just with them all.
And it kind of knocked her socks off.
And this is something that we're all getting our socks knocked off.
But we have to remember to,
One,
To ask,
And two,
To pay attention and to put our cynical selves away for a while.
You know,
Cynicism,
I'm not sure it helps us.
It actually separates us from divine flow.
And it's completely understandable because in modern life,
We are continually told,
We are continually told that the magical,
The synchronistic,
The divine,
The spirit,
That it's all just,
You know,
Parlor tricks.
Or made up or fake.
And in fact,
This is not so.
In fact,
We might come to the place where eventually we understand that the linear world,
The rational world,
Is actually the weaker system of understanding.
We're obviously not there yet.
But it's hard.
It's hard to go to this world where the answers are in mystery.
It's beyond our understanding.
We know that the pattern works of synchronicity.
We know that it's a pattern that can be followed.
But we don't really get it yet.
It's sort of like if a person came into electricity at the first time,
And they could see that when they turned the switch on,
The light would go on.
And when they turned the switch off,
The light would go off.
But they wouldn't have any understanding of why it was behaving in that way.
And that's kind of where we are in terms of our understanding of universal energy.
We used to have it described to us in ancient times by nature,
Those systems,
And that's a lot of what we're somewhat coming back to.
Then we had a long period of time in which religion explained everything to us.
And now we're in this period of the world where most of us aren't following a formalized religion anymore.
In many parts of first world countries,
Religion has just dropped off.
We're following our own connection with the universe.
And so we have some of the rules figured out,
Or at least we can operate in some of the systems.
But we don't have it all figured out.
We don't have words for it all.
So when mainstream comes back at us and says,
Ah,
That's just your imagination,
Or that's just sleight of hands or parlor games or tricks,
We tend to get a little nervous like we know,
But we can't explain.
This could be,
If you've ever rowed a boat in the waves,
You understand that you can row a boat in the waves,
You can navigate fully on your sense of how things are going and on your feeling and on your connection to the motion and the direction and the force and the feeling of the waves themselves.
You can just do it.
And that's kind of what we're doing now.
We're following these,
This bigger flow of the universe.
And we can't always put an exact name on it.
But we can feel how it works.
And as we feel into how it works,
It continues to work for us.
And this is what the message of synchronicities is all about.
The universe is continually communicating with us,
Even if we don't have the exact words to explain how this happens.
And we don't,
Even if all of mainstream society says,
Ah,
That's just silliness.
And yet we know it works.
So how does this,
How do we compare these or how do we resolve these?
The teachings are saying divine guidance is continuous.
There's no time we aren't being guided.
If we notice synchronicities,
We can remember that synchronicities are how the universe gets your attention.
Synchronicities are the disruptors,
They're the markers,
They're the call to attention.
They let us know,
Yes,
Everything is communicating with you.
All you need to do is pay attention.
