My name is Sarah Schoenacher and I will be leading you on your journey today.
Prior to beginning this meditation,
Be sure to find a comfortable,
Seated position.
Today's journey may be a little different than what you're used to as we will be taking a journey through sound.
Prior to beginning this journey,
We will focus on relaxing our entire body.
Once in that state of deep relaxation,
We will start our journey through sound,
Allowing the sound to take us exactly where it is that we need to go in this moment.
Allowing ourselves to float with the music,
Allowing ourselves to go without judgment,
Allowing spirit and the universe to shine light on whatever areas in our life that need to be brought to the forefront at this time.
Let's begin by bringing our focus and our awareness to our breath.
Nice big deep breaths in and out.
With each breath in,
We allow our lungs to fill with air.
Fill,
Fill,
Fill,
Fill,
Fill,
Hold and release,
Allowing us to slip deeper and deeper into relaxation.
As our breath becomes steady and even,
We will bring our focus and awareness to our feet.
With the in-breath,
We gently tense our feet.
All of our toes tight,
Tight,
Tight,
Tight,
Tight and with the out-breath,
We release,
Feeling that deep relaxation take over our feet.
We bring our awareness and our focus up to our legs and with the in-breath,
We tense,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense and with the out-breath,
We release.
We continue this with our thighs.
With the in-breath,
We tense our thighs,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense and release,
Feeling that deep relaxation take over our feet,
Our legs,
Our thighs.
They feel nice and relaxed.
With the next breath in,
We bring our focus and awareness to our torso and we tense our torso,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense and release,
Feeling that deep relaxation now extend all the way up our torso into our back and with this next breath,
We're gonna bring that awareness to our shoulders and we're gonna tense our shoulders,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense,
Hold it and release.
We feel our shoulders gently drop away from our ears.
We can feel that wave of relaxation from our shoulders,
Down our arms,
Our back,
Our thighs,
Our legs and our feet.
With this next breath in,
We're gonna bring our awareness to our jaw.
I want you to clench your jaw as you breathe in and hold it for a moment and with the out-breath,
Release.
You can feel your jaw nice and relaxed,
Your tongue gently falls away from the roof of your mouth and with the next breath in,
We're gonna bring our focus to our eyes,
Our forehead and we're gonna tense our forehead,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense and with the out-breath,
We release,
Feeling our forehead and our eyes become relaxed.
With the next breath in,
We're gonna bring our awareness to the top of our head.
We're gonna try to tense the top of our head,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense and with the out-breath,
We release.
As we release the tension from the top of our head,
We notice there's a beautiful,
Brilliant white light that comes from the sky entering our crown chakra,
Down to our third eye,
Our throat,
Our heart,
Our solar plexus,
Our sacral chakra,
And our root chakra.
We can feel this beautiful white light infiltrate our entire being,
Caressing every one of ourselves.
This white light surrounds us,
Holding space and offering protection for the profound healing we are about to experience.
As this white light surrounds us,
We know that we are safe,
Secure,
And protected.
Allow your breath to remain steady and even as we are carried away by the flute.
