Welcome to Mindful Eating Affirmations to Combat Emotional Eating.
My name is Sarah Nielsen,
And I'm going to walk you through some affirmations to aid in combating emotional eating through mindful eating affirmations.
Let's begin first by finding a nice,
Quiet,
Undistracted space for you to devote some time for you.
You may engage in this meditation affirmation experience sitting down or lying,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you to where you are relaxed but still alert and present.
If you've found your spot,
Go ahead and nestle in,
Make any body movements that you need to,
Adjustments to find peace and stillness to aid in your concentration through this experience.
And when you're ready,
Please go ahead and close your eyes and allow your body to settle in.
Slow the breathing down for just a moment as we bring homeostasis to the body.
The affirmations that I'm going to provide for you,
I do encourage you to say them out loud.
But if you like,
You may repeat them in your mind.
And I also encourage you to repeat them several times in the gaps in between affirmations.
Let's take a slow breath in and release.
And let's begin.

As we wrap up our experience,
Know that you can come back and listen to these anytime.
And I encourage you to do so as it takes the mind time to absorb these type of messages.
Slowly wake up your body,
Subtle,
Small movements.
Maybe opening the eyes slightly and glancing around the room.
Know that you can find respect for your body and combat emotional eating.
And please come back anytime.
Thank you so much.
