Welcome to our meditation practice today,
Which has a specific intention on enhancing our connection to our intuition.
Our intuition is how our soul communicates with us.
It is our highest self sending us messages and guidance on our most correct path.
As children,
Our intuition flowed freely as we were not yet conditioned to solely rely on the mind.
We knew back then what felt right for us.
But as years went on,
The voice within our hearts started to fade and we began to trust our rational brain more and more.
Unknowingly,
Our intuition was silenced,
Often because the messages we were hearing didn't make sense to us.
We rely on our pros and cons lists more than our heart based yearnings.
We make logical decisions rather than trusting our gut instincts.
Everyone's intuition communicates differently.
You may hear messages from your heart or highest self,
Which means that you are clairaudient.
You might see pictures or scenarios playing out,
Meaning that you're clairvoyant.
You may get that gut feeling,
Goosebumps or pressure in the chest,
Which means that you are clairsentient.
Or perhaps you simply just know the answer or receive large amounts of information from an unknown source,
Which means you are claircognizant.
Most of us are a mix of these,
So for this practice,
Lean on whichever intuitive ability feels most relevant to you today.
If you haven't already,
Close down the eyes.
Tune into the breath by breathing a little longer,
A little deeper.
Allow your body to sit in complete stillness.
Resist the urge to move and adjust.
Be here,
Now.
Now silently,
Remind yourself of how your intuition speaks to you.
Do you see pictures,
Colours or scenes?
Do you hear messages?
Do you experience physical sensations?
Or do you just know?
Now that you have clarity on how your intuition communicates,
Ask yourself,
What does my highest self want me to know right now?
What does my highest self want me to know right now?
Allow the answers to reveal themselves to you.
Let's take some time now to sit in stillness,
To hear the voice of our intuition.
If your mind wanders or you don't receive any messages,
Repeat the question again.
What does my highest self want me to know right now?
You can now release the question.

What do you notice about your body after spending some time communicating with your highest self?
How can you continue to strengthen your relationship to your intuition?
Let's take a few deep breaths to connect back in with our bodies before we finish.
Starting to take a deep breath in,
Feel the belly rise,
Chest expand.
And exhale,
Releasing and letting go.
Twice more in your own time.
Placing one hand over the heart and bowing the head down in deep gratitude for your ability to tune into your body and hear your intuition.
