Hello,

I'm Sarah,

A somatic facilitator and coach.

Here to help you build nervous system resilience so that you can live up to your fullest potential with ease and confidence.

I'll be guiding you through meditation,

Breath work,

Visualization and deep rest so that you can access the pause between where you've been and where you're going.

Welcome to liminal space.

Today I'm going to guide you through a 15 minute visualization.

Take a moment to arrive,

To land physically in this very moment.

Let your body be supported by whatever is beneath you.

Allow your weight to be held.

If it feels comfortable to do so,

Gently closing your eyes or taking a soft gaze.

Know that you have nowhere else to be and nothing else to do.

Allow the hum of the external world to slowly fade as you start to draw inward.

Notice how you're feeling mentally,

Physically,

Emotionally without the need to fix or solve.

Just witness how it feels to be you right now.

And now bring your awareness to the breath as it enters the body fresh,

Quiet and as it leaves,

Soft and enforced.

With each exhale,

Imagine your nervous system receiving a signal of safety.

There is no urgency here.

The breath just happening,

No efforts required.

Bring your awareness into your body.

Notice where things feel slower today,

More quiet,

Less defined.

This is not a lack of energy.

It is potential resting beneath the surface.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften,

Your belly release.

And let your body soften into a state of heaviness.

Focus now on your inner landscape.

What this might look like in the form of nature.

Imagine yourself in that wide open landscape.

The light is gentle and there are no sharp edges here.

The ground beneath you is firm and supportive.

Steady enough to trust.

Notice the simplicity of this place.

No excess,

No clutter.

This is a landscape between cycles.

Not an ending,

Not a beginning.

A place where things are forming quietly.

You stand here without needing to move.

Ahead of you,

You notice a doorway.

It's simple,

Neutral,

Unmarked.

It's enticing,

But it doesn't rush you.

It doesn't call you forward.

You slowly walk toward it,

Feeling each step on the earth.

And when you reach it,

You realize something important.

You don't need to pass through yet.

This space beside the doorway is meant for resting.

So you sit.

Notice the quality of the air here.

Calm,

Open.

Allow your body to fully soften.

Here,

Nothing is being asked of you.

As you sit here,

Notice if something begins to make itself known.

It may appear as an image,

A color,

A texture,

Or simply a felt sense in the body.

There is no need to search for it.

Just notice what gently arrives.

Perhaps there is a warm gathering somewhere.

A subtle pull in the chest or the belly.

A feeling that doesn't have words yet.

Let whatever arises be enough.

Now imagine this emerging quality beginning to take form.

Not as a clear outcome or goal,

But as a symbol.

It might appear as a light.

Or a seed.

Or maybe a shape.

Even a slow,

Steady movement.

And notice its size.

Its distance from you.

Its energy.

Does it feel still?

Curious?

Quietly alive?

You don't need to interpret this.

Just observe.

And if it feels right,

Imagine gently interacting with it.

You might reach toward it.

You might allow it to come closer.

Or you may simply sit in its presence.

Notice how your body responds.

Does the breath change?

Does your posture subtly shift?

Is there a sense of expansion?

Grounding?

Settling?

Let the body lead.

Now imagine this symbol offering you something.

Not instructions.

Not answers.

But a quality.

Perhaps steadiness.

Patience.

Permission.

Trust.

Allow yourself to receive it in whatever way feels natural.

Notice where this quality wants to live in your body.

If it's comfortable to do so,

Place a hand there.

Allow your breath to gently anchor it in.

And imagine yourself slowly standing again.

The doorway is still there.

Unchanged.

You haven't opened it yet.

But something within you has subtly shifted.

Just notice that.

Bring your attention back into the body.

Imagine beneath your skin.

Beneath thought.

Deep into the layers of the body.

Potential is quietly bubbling.

Reorganizing.

Like roots strengthening underground.

With each breath allow trust to deepen.

You might silently offer I am allowed to move slowly.

I don't need to know yet.

What's meant for me is forming.

Let your body receive this.

The doorway will still be there when readiness arrives.

But for now bring your awareness back to your breath in this very moment.

You may notice your exhale beginning to lengthen and your inhale beginning to deepen.

Starting to return to the room around you.

You might feel the surface beneath the body.

The temperature of the air touching your skin.

And notice the hum of the external world slowly creep back into your awareness.

Start to twinkle fingers and toes.

Bring a little life back into your body.

Allow the outer landscape to awaken again.

When you're ready you might gently flutter open the eyes.

This is not a pause before life begins.

This transition and this threshold is a part of life.

An essential stillness.

You are not behind.

You are still becoming.

Rest well and I'll see you next time.
