Take the time to just breathe and be with yourself. Follow along by bringing awareness to the inhale and exhale, consequently finding a calmer state of mind. Affirmations are sprinkled throughout the practice to strengthen and promote positive pathways in the brain. While gently observing thought patterns and escaping the mind's chatter, rest back in unity and the present moment.

This little Hello and welcome to another daily meditation with me,

Sarah Love,

As your guide.

Letting the peace and stillness that exists in the air and space around you,

To transform into the space and stillness within you.

Breathing in light,

Love and cool energy.

Take in as much as you can.

Notice how good this feels.

Allowing the exhale to just flow effortlessly.

Breathing in and expanding the entire chest cavity full of fresh air.

Then exhaling and simply releasing.

Then draw your focus to your exhalation,

Letting the inhale come in naturally even and slow.

Draw the exhalation out,

Feeling the compression of navel to spine.

Giving yourself a little hug with each exhale.

For you,

Just as much as anyone else,

Deserve a hug from your own self.

Three more breaths right here,

Arriving in your body and allowing the mind to settle down.

Notice how your breath becomes the anchor to your calm.

Your brain waves match breath waves.

The slower the breath,

The calmer the mind.

At the base of your next exhalation,

Release all doing from mind,

Body and breath.

Just resting back in this beautiful state of being.

All that you are.

All that you long to be.

And all that you were in unison all here in this moment.

The good,

The bad.

The whole picture of you.

Resonating this beautiful ball of energy,

Moving and vibrating.

Now come back to the breath.

Notice that the sensation of breathing is reminding you,

You are alive.

With each inhale,

I give thanks.

With each exhale,

I give love.

With each inhalation,

I breathe in gratitude.

I breathe out all that no longer serves me.

Thinking in just a little deeper now into the subconscious mind.

Sending one thought of gratitude of your own organic nature.

Whatever comes to mind.

Perhaps that I am grateful the sun came up today.

Or I'm so grateful to be alive.

Repeating this short affirmation to yourself.

And on your next exhalation,

Release.

Creating space.

Opening and melting.

With each inhalation,

Opening.

And then exhale,

Melting.

Inhale.

Expanding.

And exhale,

Like a wave retracting.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Easy,

Slow,

Effortless breaths.

For no matter where you're at in life,

There is always something to be grateful for.

And always something that you can release.

Acknowledging those now with no judgement or expectation.

Just simple acknowledgement is enough.

Letting go.

You are safe,

You are held,

You are here.

You are safe,

You are held,

You are here.

You are a star among the ocean of blackness.

Connecting to a deeper sense of self.

Connecting to a higher power.

The more you smile,

The more you share,

The more you shine.

Two more deep breaths here.

Because you deserve this beautiful breath.

You deserve this beautiful life.

Deepening the breath before movement.

And on your next exhale,

Flutter the eyes open so gently and slow.

Take in all the light and shapes around you.

Not allowing them to disturb your peace and stillness of mind.

But merely taking in this information as just that.

Information sensation to the eyes.

And notice the sounds.

Far and near.

My voice.

Again,

Not attaching,

But just watching as they float in and out of your fields of awareness.

And then close the eyes.

Relax your jaw.

Release the tongue from the roof of the mouth if it is there.

And just be.

Like a pebble being dropped in a lake.

Let your thoughts ripple and then dissipate.

Coming home to your own heart.

How good this feels.

And then release,

Let go and be free.

Watching as the body breathes.

From moment to moment,

Second to second,

There is no shortage of fresh oxygen.

Taking in each breath.

As a luxury liquid,

That means life.

In Sanskrit,

Breath is known as prana.

Prana literally translated means life energy,

Your life force.

This is life with each breath you breathe in.

In each exhale you surrender.

Existing and nourishing.

From you to the plants and trees.

From the trees and plants to you.

Cycle of love and support.

Existing without limit.

All around you,

How special.

And for these next three breaths,

Just these three,

Notice if you can follow and stay with the breath from the very beginning of the inhalation to the top.

And notice if you can follow the exhalation all the way to the very bottom.

And following for the last one,

Drawing out the exhalation.

Silently repeating to yourself,

I am so grateful.

With your next inhale,

Begin to move into your body once again.

Feel all ten fingertips.

Feel your toes,

Knees,

Hips.

Your spine and neck.

Arms and hands.

Feel your jaw,

The muscles around the eyes,

In the top of your head.

Arriving here.

Arriving in the now.

Begin to flutter the eyes open.

Once again take in all that surrounds you.

As sensation.

As your one precious and beautiful,

Unique life experience.

Thank you for honoring your body,

For honoring your life and your practice.

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.

Thank you.
