Welcome to Journeying Through Fear Towards the Light Meditation.

During this meditation,

We will move through our fear blocks,

Our anxiety,

The pieces that stand between us and enjoying life in the pure light.

Please find a comfortable seat or lay down on the floor or your bed.

Make yourself really comfortable.

Start taking some deep inhales and exhales in and out through the nose.

Make some small adjustments in your body if you feel any tension or tightness.

Stretch yourself out,

Get comfortable.

We're gonna journey through yourself to find some lightness and some ease tonight.

Scan your body for any areas of tension.

Martin your toes.

Check out your toes,

Stretch them out and then relax them.

Release any tension in the feet.

Take some deep breaths and send your exhale down to your feet.

Feel your feet grounding,

Relaxing,

Becoming one with the earth.

Feel your legs.

Notice if there's any holding or tightness in the legs.

With your next exhale,

Send some space and relaxation into your legs.

Allow them to feel heavy on the earth.

Allow them to sink deeper into the earth.

Moving into your pelvic area,

Notice any tightness or tension.

No need to judge,

Just observe.

Use your next exhale to send some light and some spaciousness into your pelvic area,

Your hips,

Your genital area,

That area a few inches below your belly button which is the sacral chakra.

Send some nice light energy to this pelvic area.

Allow it to be fluid and open.

Use your exhales to send more space,

Some fresh energy into your pelvic area.

Allow your hips to feel loose and fluid.

Imagine your entire pelvic area just sinking more deeply into the earth,

Allowing it to ground and feel relaxed,

Open,

Safe.

Now move your attention to your belly area,

Your solar plexus.

Use your next inhale to fill your belly up with air,

Then exhale,

Release.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Filling your belly up with air and releasing.

Again,

Like a balloon,

Filling up your belly with air and release.

Filling up your belly with as much air as you can and then softly release.

Feel your entire belly,

Stomach,

Solar plexus area with your next exhale sinking deeper into the earth,

Allowing the backs of your spine to sink more deeply into the earth,

To the left and right of your spine.

Just allow those areas to relax.

Now moving your attention up into the heart area,

The chest,

The sternum,

The area that's surrounds your collarbones.

Use your next inhale to send your breath from your belly up into your heart space,

Expanding your chest with light and spaciousness.

Allow your heart to become open and expansive.

Allow your shoulders to move back down your spine so that your neck feels more elongated.

Allow your next few breaths to expand your heart and chest area.

Slowly breathing fresh air,

Light and love into your chest and heart area.

Exhaling,

Relax.

Inhaling,

Filling your chest and heart area up with light and spaciousness.

Exhaling and relaxing your chest area.

One more time.

Exhaling your chest and heart area with as much air as you physically can.

Then sigh out the mouth.

Allow gentleness to enter that chest and heart space.

On your next exhale,

Feel the back of your spine behind your heart sink more deeply into the earth.

Allow the back of your heart chakra right behind the heart space,

The upper back,

The upper back spine to really sink more deeply into the earth.

Move your attention into your jaw and your throat.

Use your next inhale to send some light and spaciousness up into your jaw and your throat areas,

Your throat chakra.

As you do this,

Feel the very base of your skull start to relax.

Through your neck elongating and giving some space to the base of your skull,

That occipital area,

The lower brain stem,

The reptilian brain,

The oldest part of our brain.

With your next inhale,

Bring some light and some spaciousness up into that area.

Allow your shoulders to be soft.

Envision the base of your skull filled with light.

Now on your next inhale,

Fill that entire back of your head area with this beautiful spaciousness,

Filling it up with light.

On your exhale,

Allow the base of the skull to sink more deeply into the earth.

Allow it to really feel grounded,

Connected with the earth.

Really relaxed and held by the earth.

Next inhale,

Swirl a little bit of fresh air up into your third eye,

Your forehead,

Your eyelids.

Allow those areas to become soft and feel the openness there you're creating.

Allow your whole front of your face to become soft and open like the moon.

Soft and smiling.

Now bring your attention to the crown of your head,

Sending your breath,

Sending some space and some light up to the crown of your head.

Allowing light to shine in through the heavens into the crown of your head,

The stars from the moon and the sun.

We make space in our brains and our heads for celestial wisdom this evening so that the light may more easily pour through us,

That we may spread this light out so that it ripples from ourselves and out into the world.

Now we bring our attention again into our heart space.

Feel if your heart feels completely open or if there's a sensation of closeness,

Maybe some protective barriers.

It's only natural we all have them.

They're necessary to survive in this world.

But imagine we're arriving at a gate.

See if you can visualize this gate.

Maybe a very tall gate may look more like a door.

Really define this gate,

This door.

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

This is the gate that protects your heart.

Once you can visualize the gate or the door in your mind's eye,

This is the point where we ask that gate to open for us and we enter the heart space.

Now silently ask this gate to open for you.

Request that this door open for you to enter.

How does this feel in your heart,

This request?

Does it feel safe?

Is your heart ready?

Just check in with yourself.

It's okay if your heart doesn't feel ready for you to enter.

There's no judgment here in the heart space.

If you feel ready and you see that your gate is open,

Your door is open,

You can now walk through the gate.

You see that beyond the gate,

The door is pure light,

Almost blinding.

You can't see what's beyond,

But you trust.

You start walking closer,

Closer to the light.

By this time you're almost at the door.

Now you cross the threshold into the pure,

Beautiful,

Blinding light.

It's warm.

You're saturated in it.

The light has penetrated you all the way through.

You have become the light.

You have entered into your inner sanctum,

Your soul,

The house that holds your spirit,

The throne of your heart.

Feel the pure light all around you,

Shining upon you,

Permeating your skin,

Sinking all the way into your heart space.

Feel really that you have become the light.

You can stretch your fingers and toes out and see the lights beaming out of each of your fingers and toes.

Feel the light from the outside coming in through your fingers and toes.

Feel your heart space,

How there's a beam of light flowing into your heart space and you're reciprocating your flowing light out into that pure light,

Creating a connection.

Feel now that you are floating in the light,

There's a light orb surrounding you.

You're completely enclosed in this space of light,

Floating.

Feel how it's so safe,

Sacred.

Feel how it feels like home,

How you feel oneness.

Keep breathing into your heart and breathe in that light.

Your breath is the receptacle,

The transportation for the light into your body,

Now that you're in this light orb,

This shining space.

Breathe in and fill your body up with light and send it to all of your extremities on your exhale.

Breathe in the light and exhale the light out into your body,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your head,

Your neck.

Breathe that light out through your root chakra,

The base of your pelvis.

Taking deep breaths in of the light and breathing them out through your body.

Fill your body up with light.

In your next inhale,

Bring the light all the way up your spine from your lower spine to the base of your skull with your breath.

Breathing in the light all the way to the base of your skull,

Breathing it out down the skull,

Down the top of your skull and down to your root.

Feel yourself merging with the light.

Feel it trickling in and out of your vertebrae,

Shining up each one of your vertebrae with your inhale.

You're cleaning your spine,

Your energy centers with this beautiful pure source light.

Just start to send it around your body.

Notice where in your body might need the light.

Spend a minute here.

Do you have any areas of tightness or tension still holding in your body?

Take a deep breath in and send the light to those areas.

Take your time here.

Where does it feel hidden?

Where are you hiding from the light?

Where are the doors that are still closed?

Ask your body to show you where and just investigate those places non-judgmentally.

See if you can find those areas of holding and bring the light.

With your inhales,

Fill those spaces up with light.

On your exhales,

Allow those spaces to open and relax.

Inhale,

Pull the light in.

Send it to those spaces of holding,

The closed door spaces.

On your exhale,

Allow that space of holding to open and relax.

Inhale,

Bring in and send the light to the space of holding.

Exhale,

Allow that space of holding to open and relax.

Continue to send light,

Spaciousness and openness to these areas.

We fill ourselves up with as much light as we can.

Find a quiet,

Soft breath.

Come back to that light orb,

That floating space of light.

We are safe and enclosed in the light.

Now we're going to float our way towards a beautiful,

Natural setting.

Think of a landscape in nature where you feel peaceful and relaxed.

It could be the forest.

It could be the ocean,

The desert,

The mountains,

The meadows.

Find a beautiful space in nature uniquely yours.

Visualize it in your mind's eye.

What does it look like?

Are there plants or trees?

Is there water?

Is it daytime or nighttime or dusk?

Can you hear birds?

Are there animals there?

Take a few deep breaths and visualize this safe,

Beautiful space where you feel comfortable at home and at peace.

When you have your nature space well defined,

You can really feel the comfort,

The safety,

The softness of it.

We'll go back to our orb of light where we float above the world and we direct our orb of light into that nature space,

Floating that orb of light down into the earth to that beautiful nature scape that you just created for yourself,

That safe where you feel safe,

That space where you feel like you can be yourself.

Float that beautiful light orb down into that space,

Into the clearing.

Allow the light space,

The orb to settle in the earth and bring some of that light into the earth.

Now you're standing.

You're standing back on the earth and you feel the light energy trickling through you,

Going down through your feet into the earth.

You feel so grateful to be here in this beautiful nature scape,

This beautiful,

Safe,

Natural setting that you feel good in.

You send some of that light that you gathered out there and you offer it to the earth.

You could kneel down.

You make a light offering to the earth and silently,

In whatever way feels intuitive,

Comfortable.

Give thanks to the earth for holding you,

For being there with you always.

Feel that connection with the earth,

The love flowing from your heart down into the earth.

Feel it being reciprocated,

The earth sending you love back.

You're bound to this beautiful nature place.

You can always come here.

The earth is telling you.

You can always visit me.

I will always provide safety for you.

I will always rejuvenate you.

I will always be there for you.

Now you can visualize yourself laying down in this beautiful earth place,

The safe nature space.

See your spirit lying down on the earth with your deep breaths.

Envision yourself sinking into the earth.

Feel that support beneath you of the floor of the bed.

Feel it holding you up.

Knowing that you are supported by the earth,

Your body is held up by the earth.

Come back to your heart center.

How does your heart feel right now?

Does it feel warm?

Does it feel open?

Maybe your heart has a message for you,

An intention for this next phase,

A gift.

Take a minute and just listen.

Listen to the light in your heart.

Are there any words that come up,

Any visuals,

Any sounds,

Any beings?

Receive that message,

That intention,

That visualization with grace.

We say thank you to our heart.

Thank you dear heart for showing us the way to our spirit,

For helping us feel safe in the light and on the earth,

For always being a space of divinity within us,

Even when we do not feel it.

We know that it is there.

We can always access the light and we can always access the deep rejuvenation of nature through our hearts.

Check in with your body.

Does anything feel different?

Notice if there's any discomfort or any new openness.

Just observe non-judgmentally and really thank yourself for taking time to go deep within.

It's not easy in this world of external stimulation.

Reality is full of distractions,

Illusions,

Replications of the light,

But you can always look within yourself to find the true light of divinity.

Remember that.

You can come back to it again and again,

Anytime,

Anywhere.

You are the light.

The light lives within you.

The light is your home and you are at home in the light.

At this time,

We'll close this meditation.

If you like,

You can drift into a peaceful sleep.

If you need to awaken into the walking world,

Please take your time.

Take some deep breaths and sigh out the mouth.

You can rub your hands together to create some heat,

Place them over your heart area and take some more deep breaths here.

Then maybe you place your palms over your eyelids.

Send a little of that light to your eyelids.

They've been open all day,

Looking at the screen.

Send some light to those eyelids.

You can slowly turn onto one side if you're laying down.

Remove your body a little bit if you're seated.

Come back to your day or your evening.

Please take it easy.

We took a deep journey into the light,

Pure source.

Drink some water.

Take time to journal or find some nature.

Maybe go to a gentle yoga class,

Go swimming,

Take a bath.

Oh yeah,

Take a bath.

And just be gentle with yourself.
