Welcome to this meditation called Boundaries to Protect Your Inner Vitality.
I'm Sarasenna Kroche and I'll guide you through this practice today.

Find a comfortable seated position and then gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your lungs to fill completely.
Hold your breath for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Continue this deep,
Rhythmic breathing,
Letting each breath bring you more relaxation.
And now bring your awareness to your heart center,
The area in the middle of your chest where your life energy sits.
Visualize a warm,
Radiant light glowing from the center,
Representing your vitality,
Passion and inner strength.
This light is the essence of who you are,
The core of your being.
Imagine this light now gently expanding,
Filling your entire chest with warmth and brightness.
As you breathe in,
Feel the light growing stronger.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of any stress or negativity that may be dimming your light.
You are creating space for your heart's energy to flow freely and fully.
And now repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud.
But just absorb them.
Be the sponge.
I honor the life energy within my heart and cherish its vitality.
I make space for joy and renewal by honoring my personal boundaries and energy needs.
I respect my energy and align my actions to support its balance and well-being.
I am committed to creating a life that sustains and energizes me.
Allow these affirmations to resonate deeply within you,
Letting them infuse your heart center with a sense of peace and purpose.
And feel the warmth of your heart's light growing stronger,
Reflecting your commitment to protecting and nurturing your life energy.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize your heart center light glowing brightly and consistently,
Supported by the boundaries you set for yourself.
See yourself in alignment with your heart's true desires and embracing activities and practices that enhance your vitality and joy.
Let this sink in a little longer.
And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,
A place where you go to feel your true self,
Secure,
Grounded,
And a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you,
With no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Remembering that nurturing your heart center is key to sustaining your energy and passion.
By setting heart-centered boundaries and honoring your own needs,
You create a supportive environment for all of life.
