We're going to begin the session with a general clearing of the energy field.
We're going to let go of any energies that are ready to leave.
We're going to shower the field with light and just wash away anything that is ready to go.
We're going to do a quick balance on the flow of energy through the body,
Optimizing movement.
The better movement we have in our energy and in our body,
The closer to health we can become,
The closer to vital health we can become.
We're going to do a general boost of the lymphatic flow,
The circulation,
And of course the circulation of energy through the body.
The circulation of energy through the energy meridians,
Through the chakras.
All of this at a high overview level to just give a nice general balance to prepare us for deeper work.
We're going to balance kidney point one on the feet to ground down and connect deeply with the earth.
And again,
Releasing energy through the feet,
Anything that's ready to go,
And leave the body.
We're going to come to the heart.
It's our harmonizer,
It's our regulator,
It also stores a lot of fear,
A lot of emotion of all kinds,
And can feel very heavy in the chest.
We're going to invite the heart to let go of any anxiety,
Fear,
Worry that the body is ready to let go of.
We're going to let the subconscious mind know that it is completely safe to let go of these energies that are no longer serving it.
Sometimes we carry many stresses from our childhood,
From our early adult experiences,
Some very severe traumas,
Some conditioned stresses,
Some difficult relationships,
And some difficult relationships with ourselves.
We want to let the subconscious mind know that these things are not enhancing,
Nor are they defining who we are.
They are extra burdens that we carry.
If we can let go of those burdens,
It's as if we're unloading luggage that is really not serving us.
All we're doing is carrying around dead weight.
So we want to let the subconscious mind know that it's not going to change us in any way to let go of these heavy burdensome energies that we're carrying that are not helping us.
They helped us in the past.
We honor these experiences.
We're grateful for their presence in our lives,
But now it is time to let go of them and to evolve past them.
With all of that said,
We bring in safety of letting go.
We're going to connect this letting go with metal element,
The lung and large intestine energies of letting go,
Of surrender and release.
While we're here,
We're going to balance the breathing cycle,
The ability to breathe in deeply,
Taking in life,
Life's experiences,
And then exhaling,
Letting go of life's experiences.
We want to balance both sides of this.
If you take a deep breath here,
You can feel if you have any resistance,
If you feel as if you cannot get a deep breath all the way full in your lungs,
Or if you feel that you have trouble releasing all of the air that you're holding.
Either of these sensations,
If you feel them,
Is a sign that there's energy blocking the body's ability to take in and let go of air as well as life's experiences.
We balance that here.
As we are balancing this in the lungs and metal element,
We are also balancing the relationship of the lungs to the heart.
They have a very close relationship,
Of course,
And we are balancing that here.
A disharmony in one or the other will affect the pair.
So if we have disruption in the heart or heavy fear or stress in the heart,
We're going to have some sort of resulting stress in the lungs and vice versa.
We're actually going to go into the heart and we're going to balance the tissues inside the heart,
The septums,
The epithelial lining within the chambers.
We're going to bring in protection.
Our epithelia protects our body,
Provides a barrier.
We're going to balance that consciousness of protection.
And we are letting that energy that we have mobilized move up through the throat,
Up through the head,
Out the top of the head and clear upwards.
Any energy that we're ready to let go of moving up and out.
We are balancing the crown chakra to allow that energy to move out.
We want that crown chakra to be able to open and close fluidly,
Dynamically when needed.
We don't want it locked open.
We don't want it locked closed.
So we're balancing that crown chakra to allow us to really connect deeply to the part of us that knows how to heal.
That innate intelligence that heals cuts when we have them and we don't have to tell the body what to do.
It just knows.
That is our higher self,
Our higher consciousness,
Universal consciousness,
Whatever term you use,
Our connection to that energy is through the crown of our head.
Right,
We're now going to begin a body scan.
We're going to start at the top of the head.
We're going to gently move down the body and we're going to look for places that are not connected properly through communication and through energetic connection.
Each of us will have slightly different places,
But there are some common areas where things can get disconnected.
The first place that is coming up for many of us that are listening is the right and left hemispheres.
We want to make sure the right and left sides of the brain are able to communicate properly and fluidly.
This is generally through the corpus callosum,
But we're just going to balance communication right and left sides of the brain and then out to the rest of the body.
Moving down,
We are going to balance the throat.
Many of us become disconnected from our voice.
Our voice is not safe.
It's not safe to speak up and speak our truth.
It's not safe to show our true authentic self.
We have created layers and armoring to present the person that others wanted us to be or that we needed to present to be safe.
We want to start to recognize that and start to find our voice to begin to express our true self.
This will tremendously help your thyroid function,
But it will also help your heart and the ability to love ourselves.
So we're balancing all of this in the throat,
In the thyroid,
In the parathyroid,
And in all mechanisms of our voice,
Larynx,
Pharynx,
Vocal cords,
Etc.
As we move through the body,
Remember we are reconnecting these areas that have been disconnected by stresses,
By traumas,
By life's experiences that were difficult,
By accumulated belief systems and conditioning that this is how you move through life.
All of the above.
We are releasing what is ready to go,
Only that which is ready to go.
We don't want to rush,
But your body will know what it is ready to release.
And then you may listen to this iterative times to allow a deeper shifting as the body is ready for it.
We are now moving down into the chest.
We are reconnecting the lobes of the lungs,
Both sides,
Looking for any sections that have been cut off.
Sometimes we store a lot of trauma in our lungs,
A lot of grief,
A lot of sadness.
We're scanning all of the lungs.
The lungs are a pretty big organ.
We're scanning the lobes.
We're scanning the bronchi.
We're scanning the alveoli,
The air sacs that actually exchange air and create vitality,
Capture vitality from the air and bring it into our bloodstream.
This is called air chi in traditional Chinese medicine,
And it's a very key part of our energy.
When we are not breathing properly,
We will not have appropriate energy levels.
So we are balancing all aspects and any area within the lungs that is disconnected.
We are inviting those stressors to release and for that area to come back into the fold,
To welcome back into our energy field and to start nourishing and feeding those areas with our energy,
Our circulating energy.
As we improve energy flow,
We are improving circulation,
The delivery of nutrients,
The cleansing through the lymph.
So we are balancing all levels of physical health or what we need to get to physical health as we improve the energy flow.
All right,
So the lungs are starting to inflate more.
They are feeling more connected.
And the breath is getting deeper into those lungs.
We're moving to the heart.
We're going to reconnect any energies within the heart that have been sequestered,
Armored away,
Closed off through pain,
Vulnerability,
Fear.
We heart armor to protect ourselves from being hurt.
The problem with that,
We keep out good energy as well as keeping out pain,
Or we can armor to keep pain in,
But we can't get joy to come in if we are so armored.
So it really shuts down the ability of the heart to function properly in terms of generating joy.
So we need to start releasing the pain,
The traumas,
The experiences,
The belief systems that make us feel so vulnerable and unable to open ourselves up to others to love,
Whether it's a person or a concept like God or universal consciousness or divine.
Whether it is a physical relationship,
A romantic relationship or a friendship or a family relationship.
Releasing armoring,
Releasing layers of armoring,
Balancing the pericardium meridian,
Balancing the heart.
We're going to allow the energy to move here.
Many of us hold a lot of pain in our heart and it's a great opportunity to let the energy move.
Our heart,
As we said,
Is also the harmonizer,
So it's directing a lot of activities within the body.
This is finding neurons within the heart,
So we refer to the heart as the heart brain,
And it certainly is just as powerful,
If not more powerful,
Than the head brain.
We're just going to balance the diaphragm to allow whatever is being held in the diaphragm to clear.
The diaphragm is a big fat muscle.
It also has a lot of connective tissue.
Both of those tissues in the body hold on to stress,
Tension,
Emotion.
The diaphragm has a special role in metaphysics as the halfway house of emotions,
So we definitely want to help the diaphragm move freely.
It also creates a lot of movement in the abdominal cavity,
The liver and other areas.
The breathing cycle,
A proper breathing cycle,
Helps generate a lot of movement in the visceral organs.
And movement is health.
It's pumping and circulation.
So we want to help the diaphragm do all of those things,
Balancing.
Alright,
We're moving down to the abdominal cavity,
Looking again for areas of disconnection.
The first place I'm being pulled is the liver.
The liver's primary emotion is anger and irritation,
Resentment.
Liver and gallbladder together govern and store,
Generate and store a lot of anger in the body.
A lot of times we are taught that it is not okay to be angry.
We're also,
From our life experiences,
Can have a lot of fear of anger,
Especially if we had a volatile parent whose anger was frequent and unsafe.
So many of us get very upset,
Very afraid when anger is expressed by our loved ones.
So we want to release any fear of anger anywhere in the body,
General body energy,
Any tissue,
Any organ,
Any system,
Any level of the energetic field,
Any place.
And then we're going to reconnect any parts of the liver or gallbladder that have been shut down because we were afraid to touch and experience anger.
We're also going to wash out and release any anger that is clogging the liver or the gallbladder.
Gallstones harden the lumps of anger.
The liver,
Sluggish liver,
Overwhelmed liver,
Toxic liver,
Referencing any old toxins here,
Environmental toxins,
Endogenous toxins produced by the body,
Breakdown products of hormones or chemicals,
Other biochemicals,
Man-made chemicals,
Toxins,
Food toxins,
And other things.
Food toxins,
Any type of toxin,
Inhalants,
Contactants,
Injectants,
Ingestants.
So we're reconnecting and doing a bit of a toxin release and an anger release,
Old anger.
We're also going to release worry.
The liver is our planner.
And when we always have to be on top of things,
Always planning,
Always accounting for any situation that may arise,
Our liver gets pretty tired trying to process and synchronize and make sure everything happens perfectly.
So we want to clear that as well,
Giving the liver permission to have a night off,
To take a little rest,
And to rejuvenate.
We have some epigenetic markers here related to toxin exposure.
So we're going to balance some of the detoxification pathways here in the liver as we reconnect.
Methylation,
Sulfation,
Taurine,
Glucuronidation,
Glycine,
Ornithine,
Acetylation,
Any others.
Balancing these detoxification pathways,
Releasing any toxin exposures or inherited traits that may have come through our families and in our epigenetic code or DNA code to release markers that are restricting our liver's function.
These include generational exposures that can travel three,
Five,
Six,
Even seven to eight or more generations.
But we can release these imprints and realign our energies to be able to better,
More efficiently detoxify.
We do not need to be a victim of these energies.
All right,
We're moving to the small intestine.
We are reconnecting any portion of the small intestine that has been shut down,
Shut away,
Disconnected.
The small intestine is our discernment.
It helps decide what is toxic for us and what is beneficial.
Sometimes that visibility feels like it is being hidden from us.
We're not sure what is good,
What is bad,
If a relationship is healthy or not,
If a food is healthy or not,
If a house is making us sick.
We want to balance this discernment.
We're going to link that in with the senses,
The intuitive senses as well as the physical senses.
We're not going to link smell,
Touch,
Taste,
Sight and hearing,
But we're especially going to link in with the gut feeling,
The intuitive sense of knowing if something is good or not.
We're going to encourage our subconscious and conscious minds to allow that information to come to us and trust that it is information coming to us,
Not just a coincidence.
We're balancing our ability to tune in to our inner voice,
To discern whether situations,
Foods,
Places are beneficial or detrimental.
We're now moving down to the pelvis and the reproductive system.
Women,
Very frequently,
The ovaries or uterus or genitals are disconnected from trauma,
From a belief that feminine energy is something to be suppressed,
Or similar belief systems and structures,
Either from society or our families or that we have adopted ourselves.
We're going to start with the ovaries and we're going to invite any aspect of the ovaries energy that is disconnected from core vitality,
From core self to come and join us again,
To reconnect.
If you have any sort of menstrual disruptions or irregularities,
This could be very beneficial for that.
We're also going to do any emotional release as necessary for the ovaries.
Grief,
Sadness.
And as part of that,
We're going to link the ovaries back to the heart and balance the heart to ovary relationship.
Now,
While that is completing,
We're going to do the same for the gentleman.
We're going to balance the testes.
These organs are some of the biggest centers for creative energy,
Not just the creative energy of creating a life,
But of any creative endeavor,
Whether it's a business,
Whether it's artistic expression.
Any sort of creativity comes from,
Or a lot of it,
Comes from this pelvis,
Pelvic area and these organs within the reproductive system.
So this is important,
Even if you are not of childbearing age at this time,
Even if you've had hysterectomies or other surgeries impacting these areas,
The energetic blueprints remain and any blockages we can clear will free the creative energy to circulate more freely and to manifest what you are trying to bring into the physical.
Relinking testes to the heart and balancing that relationship.
Bringing any tissues,
Any areas within any of these organs,
Endocrine,
Back.
Reconnecting any aspect of these organs with the body.
Alright,
We're moving to the uterus for women.
Same thing,
Looking for any energies,
Any disconnection of this part of ourselves.
If you've had abortions,
If you've had pregnancy loss,
This area might be very painful or shunned,
Full of shame,
Full of guilt.
We want to release any heavy emotions that are disrupting the uterus and making this area feel that it's not safe and it needs to be separated or encapsulated and kept at bay.
We want to break down all those barriers.
We want to release all of this pain.
Again,
We want to release these traumatic experiences in the time that is right for you.
So we're not going to jump right in and release all of this at once.
This session is designed to be listened to iteratively to be able to get at deeper levels as your body is ready.
We are linking the uterus here with the sense of touch and the sensory nerves in the skin.
And we're linking that with the nervous system and stress,
A stress reset,
Releasing any stress,
Tension,
Trauma stored in any aspect of the sensory neurons of the skin.
We're moving down to the genitals.
With our culture's view of sexuality,
Many people are embarrassed or feel tremendous shame about their genitals,
Feelings that they may have been taught in their childhood that their body is dirty,
It's not appropriate to touch,
Touching is bad,
A lot of fear of pregnancy,
Fear of STDs,
A lot of fear and a lot of shame.
So any of that emotion that is affecting any aspect of the genitals,
We want to release.
We're going to include the cervix here for women.
We're going to also allow the cervix to join the uterus if that is a better energy for that particular person,
For you.
If that's a better energy for you,
The balance will happen with the appropriate partner energy.
We're going to balance the microbiome of the urogenital tract for both,
For all of us,
For men and women.
And we're going to balance bacteria.
We're going to link bacteria to shame.
And we're going to link this in with beneficial,
We want to boost beneficial bacteria in the microbiomes to keep any negative bacteria in check.
So it's normal to have all of the pathogenic bacteria that cause UTIs or other infections.
It's normal for those to be in our microbiome.
The problem is when they get out of control.
There are some that are foreigners,
But most are accounted for.
But we want to keep them in check with our beneficial microbes.
So we want to boost the beneficial microbes in this microbiome.
All right,
The last area that we're going to go to to reconnect is the feet.
We want to reconnect the feet not with our own energy,
But with the ground.
Sometimes people find it very hard to stay grounded,
To stay connected to the present moment,
To be present and not to distract,
Get into the mind,
To escape.
We escape with a million different methods,
Especially our cell phones,
Our computers,
Our televisions,
Even music.
So we want to really ground and balance kidney one,
The kidney meridian,
Grounding through the feet,
Connecting with earth energy.
We want to go out into the middle of a forest and connect with the earth and feel that grounded energy of standing under a giant oak tree.
We're going to bring that energy in to really pull us down.
We're going to balance earth element here and the ability to pause,
The ability to be present.
All right,
We're going to take a couple of deep breaths to encourage the energy to settle.
Deep breath in and releasing it through the mouth slowly.
Take a couple of those deep breaths.
