A gentle, guided practice (with music) to help you access peace, calm, and room to breathe if life or emotions feel overwhelming. This practice is beautiful at any time of day but can be particularly helpful at the end of the day and before bed so you can create space in the body and mind for sleep. It's also helpful if you've been experiencing prolonged periods of stress, anxiety, tension, or big life events or challenges. It's lovingly crafted to nurture and soothe the body, mind, and being so you can access a little more calm and clarity to weather the storm. I hope it's helpful.
