This is your reset moment meditation - the chance to step away from whatever's going on and return back to you. With gentle singing bowls to calm your nervous system, this guided meditation returns you to the now, the present moment and to yourself. Each new breath presents a reset, a restart, a rebirth. This track releases stress and anxiety and is available to return back to any time you need to take a breath, a pause, and enjoy that lift.

Hello and welcome to your reset moment meditation.

This is a chance to step away from whatever is going on for you today and take a moment of pause and reset and coming back to you.

So if it's comfortable to do so you can gently close your eyes or soften your gaze if you need your eyes to remain open.

Just sense at first the gentle movement of your breath in your body.

Sense the support of mother earth underneath your feet or holding you in the chair or bed or sofa that you might be sitting or lying down in now.

Feel that support of mother earth.

Know that you are supported and you are loved unconditionally.

Noticing the breath,

Maybe noticing a particular sensation of rising and falling of the belly,

The sensation of the breathing in your throat or maybe just the tickling of the air at the nostril.

Checking that you're sitting up straight,

Spine is long and let's take a couple of deep cleansing breaths together.

For the next inhale I want you to take the deepest breath you've taken all day and when your body's full of air please hold it.

Melt any tension in the body and when you need to release the breath just breathe it out through the mouth slowly and take another conscious breath together.

Allowing the oxygen to permeate through all of the cells and locations across your body,

Filling your body with beautiful prana or life force energy.

And when you need to release just gently sigh it out through the mouth.

We'll do a few more conscious breaths in your own time.

Every time you return to your breath it's a chance to return to yourself.

It's a chance to let go of whatever else may be happening and come back to you.

You're worth it.

And every fresh inhale is a reset,

A restart,

A rebirth.

So whatever might be happening come back to your breath,

Take a lovely deep inhale and restart,

Start again.

Before we finish from this reset and restart let's tell ourselves a positive I am statement.

Whatever comes to mind is perfect at this time.

I'll offer a couple as well.

You can breathe it in.

I am safe.

I am worthy of love.

I am loved.

Before you return back to your present day moment know that this is available anytime you need that pause and reset.
