Those new resolutions.
So first,
I'd like to ask you a question and you can answer in the chat box.
What are your resolutions for this year?
Is there anything specific?
The more we'll share,
The more we'll create a sense of group today.
We'll be together for 15 minutes approximatively.
So if anybody wants to share their different resolutions for this year,
Please feel free in the chat box.
My resolution,
We'll start with that,
Is to be more mindful and to really not try to give in to the fear that's projected in this world,
In this moment.
We all know there's a global pandemic.
We all know the world is clearly not where it used to be a year ago.
We all know that we're struggling,
But I really wanna say that,
Again,
My resolution,
Not giving to fear.
So the way I,
What I do to maintain those resolutions throughout the year is I begin with the first simple step,
Meditating every day.
It sounds crazy for certain people.
It sounds obvious for others.
We all have our different things with meditation.
Your meditation doesn't necessarily have to be 45 minutes.
It can be literally three minutes,
30 seconds when you get out of bed in the morning.
But I highly,
Highly recommend taking the time to get out of bed.
The first thing,
Even if you're still in bed because it's cold,
I know in LA it's really cold those mornings,
You can just sit in bed with a bunch of pillows,
Blankets around you wrapped up,
And take a couple of minutes to breathe.
Simply focusing on the breath.
There's not much more that has to be done,
But simply noticing every single sensations of your breath for 30 seconds to an hour in the morning will really help you to stay connected to your own self throughout the day.
We all tend to go in millions of different directions during the day,
Especially with everything happening,
The media,
The people around us,
All of it.
So the fact that you grounded yourself with that meditation in the morning will help you to stay connected to the intention that you set.
So if every morning you reset this intention of this new resolution,
It makes it more attainable.
Because let's say for example,
I talked about fear which is a little more abstract,
But let's talk about something more concrete like eating healthier or quitting smoking,
Something like that.
When we set this resolution,
It almost feels like unattainable,
A whole year eating healthier,
A whole year without smoking for the smokers out there,
It sounds like crazy.
But if you reset yourself into just attaining the goal for the day,
For example in reiki,
For those who are familiar with reiki,
It's a technique of energy healing.
One of the first things that I learned was reiki is the principles attached to it.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique.
And a couple of different principles comes with it.
One of them,
Which was my favorite one,
Is just for today.
So when you go with this intention just for today,
You're only projecting your resolution for the rest of the day.
It's not about doing it for a month,
It's not about doing it for a whole year,
It's not about doing it for a whole week.
It's simply focusing on the present moment,
Focusing on now and focusing on the rest of the day.
My friend told me yesterday,
It's not even just for today anymore,
It's just for the hour,
Which I really,
Really enjoyed and liked.
I think it's about the present moment.
I like just for today because it feels attainable for me,
It's for you,
It's just for the hour,
Then just for the hour.
But it's really trying to go slowly one minute at a time,
Without projecting.
And the biggest thing,
I saw that somebody is telling me,
Not working for me,
Try going out and back in.
That works as well,
That's what I was gonna say next.
If for any reason,
Again,
Let's take eating healthier.
So that's the objective,
Eating healthier.
And that day you eat something that isn't a part of the plan.
If that happens,
Again,
It's just for today.
So if we mess up for that day or mess up for that hour,
We always have the ability to rectify later,
To do it better,
To prove to ourself that we have this ability to maintain those goals.
But again,
It's about finding that sweet spot between being very tough on ourselves and being very kind to ourself.
The more we push ourself in one direction,
The more the ego will try to take you in the other.
So the moment you embrace the ego and start working with it,
Start having huge real conversations with yourself.
That's also something that really helps me.
Because the truth is our ego,
Our mind is present.
So the moment we calm ourself down when we have a craving or if something happens,
We always have the ability to come back to center.
So again,
What I like to do is meditate,
Keeping in mind that it's just for today.
Coming back to the idea that if we didn't do the thing perfectly,
It's still okay.
We can still keep going.
It's not about if we drift,
We drift.
If we don't,
We don't,
But we're kind to ourself.
We find that sweet spot in between the two where we really have the ability to come back to center.
So those are the tips that really,
Really deeply helped me in order to move forward,
In order to keep those resolutions alive,
Especially in a world where there's so much pressure around us.
There's so much things that try to get us off the right path every single day,
Every trigger.
The moment you embrace the triggers from the outside world and you realize that they're just here to help you,
To help you go deeper,
To help you really connect,
Connect to yourself.
If the universe of God,
Whatever names you wanna give it to it,
Gives you this practice.
If those triggers come along the way,
They're here to really allow you to be present.
So we embrace it all in those resolutions.
We're here,
We're here with it.
We're standing up with it in order to go deeper within our own self.
And yes,
Somebody just said,
It sounds like self-compassion.
So self-compassion is key.
All of this is self-compassion.
All of this is self-love.
The beginning of the journey was yourself is self-love.
So the more you practice,
You practice that communication with your own mind,
Calming yourself down,
Giving yourself love the way you would do it with a five-year-old.
The more you're kind to yourself,
The more you're in accordance with those Reiki principles or with that just for today,
The more you're doing your practice,
Your meditation,
The more you wanna cultivate this kindness with your own self.
So I really wanna encourage you to stay connected,
To keep practicing,
To keep being kind,
To do a lot of meditation,
To breathe,
To just do anything in order to be in that loving and awareness situation.
And cultivating it again will rise your own vibration.
Everything in this universe is energy.
So the more you cultivate those energies,
The more you hire your own vibrations,
The vibrations of your body,
Of your mind,
Of your soul,
Of your spirit,
By those practices,
By meditating,
By taking care of yourself,
By inviting those different things.
The more you do that,
The more it will be easier to do things that fill in alignment with your higher self.
The moment you set an intention,
It's really because your higher self knows that this is the best choice for you.
And the ego again is trying to take us away from two different,
Different,
Different direction.
Again,
Let's take the example of eating healthier.
We stick to it,
We wanna stick to it,
But it's like,
Oh,
What about a chocolate cake?
And it's okay if you break it.
But yeah,
It's okay if you break it.
If you break it once,
Yes,
If you eat 10 chocolate cakes,
That becomes a little more complicated.
But again,
No judgment.
If you eat 20,
Still no judgment.
It's okay,
You did it once.
Doesn't mean that the same night you won't have a healthy dinner.
It's finding the balance between the two worlds.
Whenever you personally,
Whenever I discovered the spirit world,
And brachy healing meditation,
It was really tough for me to be able to combine the two worlds.
I felt like I was almost trapped between the two.
On one hand,
I had this magical spiritual world.
And on the other hand,
I had this 3D world to deal with,
With everything that we were going through.
And I felt so divided between those two worlds that it was really hard for me to walk in the planet at that moment.
I felt like almost like I was divided until the moment I found this way of combining the two.
And with our resolutions,
It's the same.
You'll have your higher self,
Your inner self telling you,
You should do this and this and that in order to get into the right direction.
And then you have your ego taking you to the other polar opposite.
So it's finding yourself within yourself,
The center.
Another thing that really helps me that I'd like to share is coming back to the heart center.
So without a meditation,
Let's say,
I mean,
If you have the ability to go out to restaurants or you're out in the world,
And a lot of us are home,
But even if you're home or whatever,
As you're working from home and something really arise and you don't have time to really do a full meditation,
Your hands is the extensions of your heart.
The moment I bring my hands back to my heart center,
It's almost like I bring the two worlds together.
I bring my higher self and my ego together.
I allow them to be complete again.
And it's almost like every distraction that we're arising or fading.
So I really deeply encourage you to set that intention over and over again in the morning,
That resolution.
Meditate,
Keep in mind that even if you don't do it the way you want,
You'll do better an hour later.
So stay kind,
Stay positive,
Stay aware,
Stay loving,
And everything's gonna unfold.
Take it one second at a time,
One day at a time.
Keep honoring yourself during the process.
Don't be too harsh,
Don't be too mean,
Just be present because you have the ability to do so.
And you have the ability to change yourself.
It only takes 21 days to change your habit.
So,
And again,
If during those 21 days you didn't do it perfectly,
You did better than you used to do,
Which is already amazing.
It's about the small accomplishments.
The bigger you reach,
The harder it gets.
Start small,
One day at a time,
One second at a time,
And everything's gonna be okay.
But just the fact that you planted the intention,
You told the universe the direction you wanna take.
So the universe will take you in that direction.
It might take a little more time than you expected because we're all a little too perfectionist and think that it has to happen overnight.
But it really doesn't.
If it happens over the course of a month or a year,
It's still good.
So be kind,
Observe.
Oh,
One last thing before I forget,
Journaling.
I know that journaling about the resolutions that I took daily,
Even if it's just one sentence or one word,
Really helped me to keep track of my progress.
It helps you to stay aware and to notice.
Some days we're like,
Oh my God,
It was so hard to eat healthy today.
But I still did it.
Others,
It was like,
I didn't do it today.
Whatever,
It's writing it down so you keep progress.
You notice how you feel.
And those resentment,
Those frustrations that can come with a change of that habit will be on paper,
It won't be in you anymore.
So the moment it's out,
It's just not stuck within your own physical body.
So I always encourage journaling.
I hope this talk helped you.
And I hope this will be,
Will be the step towards a new you,
The you that you wanna create,
The you that you wanna manifest in this world.
I really believe that the change in this world doesn't begin with the whole universe.
It all begins with ourselves.
It begins with our ability to change us first.
So do you guys have any questions?
I would love to answer any questions that you might have in the chat box.

This is the time.
I'm here to answer them.
Donations are always accepted.
That's how the whole Inside Timer system is working.
If you want more,
I will post very regularly,
Different guided meditation about the Heart Center.
I'm very,
Very involved about love and kindness.
What's your favorite method to check your chakras?
One of my favorite method to check my chakras is simply visualizing.
So,
I like,
There's a couple different things,
But one of them is closing my eyes,
And I use a practice called Inner Smile.
It should be in the guided meditations that I share.
So,
What it is is you close your eyes and you visualize your own higher self,
Inner self,
The best version of yourself,
Basically,
And I visualize my higher self smiling to my different chakras.
And as I do,
It's like,
As the higher self is smiling to them,
You become,
The more you practice this,
The more you become aware of the different blockages in the chakras.
So,
The higher self is giving you a healing by smiling to those chakras,
Awakening the energy,
And you become aware of the blockages.
The magic of it is sometimes you're not even aware of it and they're clearing.
So,
I really,
Really appreciate this practice.
Again,
I believe you can find it on this app under my profile if you follow me,
And otherwise,
You will be able to find it on my Instagram.
Do you have any resources for habit change and ego?
Meditation,
It's all about reprogramming yourself.
It's meditation and talking to yourself.
I know some people will tell you it's crazy,
You don't have to do it out loud.
For me,
It's the best way to do it.
Again,
The same way you would talk to a five-year-old to really help them in the process and calm them down whenever something arise.
Think of yourself as your own inner child.
So,
Whenever you feel like too much is rising,
You can always calm yourself down,
Talk to your ego,
Be like,
I acknowledge you,
Thank you for rising,
Thank you for telling me what you have to tell me.
I'm really,
I see you.
I feel you,
But I think I'm gonna go in a different direction today.
I think I'm gonna go for the higher path.
So yeah,
Talking to yourself is key for changing habits and ego.
I really,
Really use this practice a lot.
Why do one feel unsteadily like impatient?
Again,
The impatience is just the ego,
It's nothing else.
It's the ego pushing us in the directions.
It's the illusion that time and space exist.
So in the constricted world that we live in,
Time and space do exist.
But if you rise above,
If you rise your vibrations,
If you step out of this reality,
It really doesn't.
The day we will go back to the spirit world,
Meaning the day we will leave our physical body,
We'll realize that our time of Earth was this because over there there was no time,
No space.
So it's the illusion of time.
The moment you forget this illusion of time,
There's no more impatience because it's all about being in the present moment.
Past doesn't exist,
Future doesn't exist.
The moment we stay connected to here and now,
Everything else fades.
I hope this answers your question,
Aldrin.
Yes,
No,
I read your comments saying that's why I keep looking at time.
Yes,
Personally,
I used to wear a watch all the time.
I removed it.
I was like,
No more.
Of course I have my phone because we'll all have meetings and I do private healings,
Private sessions,
Guided meditation,
Healing,
All of it.
So this is,
We need to stay connected to time to a certain extent,
But I removed my watch because I don't want anything on me that connects me to this vibration,
Even though I know it exists and I live with this because it's the balance between the spirit world and the physical,
But I try to really step out of it.
Regarding the anxious vibe,
It's the same thing.
It's not being present.
It's not being connected to the right moment.
It's projecting,
Projecting in the future.
If you think about your anxiety most of the time,
If you really,
Really take the time to breathe and stay present with it,
You'll notice that the anxiety is your mind taking you in the past or taking you in the future.
It's the mind not being here.
Usually the anxiety is thinking about a project that you have to accomplish in the future or something that happened in the past where you feel like you should have done it this way or should have done it that way or all of this.
The moment you let go of this and think,
Let go of the constricted time or space and you just come back to breathing,
You realize that in that right moment,
The moment where you're breathing,
There's absolutely nothing distancing you from now.
So again,
I hope this helps any other questions.
If you have one,
This is the time to ask.
I'd be happy to.
Otherwise,
You can also join me tomorrow.
I will be talking about how to create a sacred space in your house,
How to create an altar to really keep this meditation alive in your heart and in your home,
Because your home is the representation of your own self.
Thank you for your donation.
Thank you for your presence today.
Thank you for keeping those resolutions and having all of those good intentions,
Because again,
The way we raise the vibration of the planet,
The way we change humanity is by changing our own world.
So the more people are doing this work,
The more we're gonna be able to keep this alive.
So I thank you all for being here today for the donations.
Please,
If you want more,
You can follow me on Inside Timer,
On Instagram.
I'll put it in the chat box again.
That's my Instagram.
And I love you guys.
Good day.
Have a beautiful day,
Beautiful rest of your day,
Depending on where you are on this planet.
Again,
I'm in Los Angeles.
It's really cold and the sun is rising,
Which is beautiful.
So blessings,
Blessings,
Blessings.
Namaste,
And I hope to see you tomorrow morning on how to create your altar.
Also,
Somebody told me that the connection wasn't so good.
So I really wanna apologize for this,
And I hope you still got most of it.
Bye,
Guys.
Love you all.
Keep it shanty,
Keep it love.
Don't get into the fear.
That won't change anything.
Just keep your heart aligned.
Oh,
I'm glad it was good for you.
Thank you for letting me know.
Bye,
Namaste,
Guys.
