Thighs and knees and then your calves and your feet.
Now bring your awareness to your breath and just for a while,
Be fully present with your breath.
Observe the inflow and the outflow of the breath and now in your mind's eye,
Visualize that you are standing in front of a tunnel.
This is a time-traveling tunnel that will take you back to your childhood.
So you enter the tunnel and you are walking through this tunnel.
You see light at the end of the tunnel and then you exit it.
And now you have arrived in your childhood home.
In that situation when your childhood version was feeling hurt,
When you felt hurt as a child,
Maybe when you felt abandoned,
Neglected,
Hurt,
Sad.
Look at this childhood home of yours.
Visualize each and every detail as if you are there right now.
The structure of the house,
The color of the walls,
The objects,
The windows,
The neighborhood.
Also look at who is there in the house and locate your childhood version,
Your child self.
So as you find your child self,
You can see your child self now sitting right across you,
In front of you.
Observe this child self of yours.
Notice the clothes of this child.
Notice the facial expressions.
Notice the body language of this child.
And now it's time to introduce yourself to this child.
Tell this child that you are here,
That you are the future self of this child and that you are here to love and listen to this child.
Tell them that you are here to listen.
If you feel like it and the child is okay with it,
Give a warm loving embrace to this child,
Give a warm hug.
Take this child in your arms only if the child is comfortable doing that.
And now it's time for your child self to express.
Your child self will tell you what they are feeling.
Your child self will express its emotions to you.
Take your time to listen to what your child self has to say to you.
And now it's time for you to express to your child self.
Take your time to express.
Maybe you can tell them how much you love them.
You can tell your child self that how beautiful they are.
Whatever you feel like expressing intuitively,
Take your time to express.
And now it's time to embrace your child self.
It's time to merge with your child self.
As you are hugging your child self,
It is merging with you,
Merging with your body,
Becoming one with you,
Integrating with you.
Feel that acceptance of your inner child.
Feel that integration with your inner child.
Feel that harmony with your inner child.
And then it's now time to come back to the present.
So once again,
You see that tunnel in front of you and you enter the tunnel.
You are walking through the tunnel and then you exit it.
And now you are back in the present.
Become aware of your body.
You can move your hands,
Your feet and then gradually,
In your own time,
You can come out of the practice and open your eyes.
