Namaste and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Saqib and I am your guide for this meditation.
We all go through challenging and painful situations in our lives.
And when these situations happen,
There is a tsunami of emotions that we experience.
If we know how to process these emotions,
We can easily manage them and we can heal ourselves.
However,
If we don't know how to process these emotions,
If we try to avoid these emotions,
We actually end up repressing these emotions and these emotions get trapped in our body,
Which causes stress,
Anxiety and even physical disease in our bodies.
In this meditation,
I will guide you through a process through which you can process these emotions and you can heal these emotions.
You can release these emotions.
This might be a bit challenging.
You might experience certain emotions coming up for you today.
But just know that to heal these emotions and to release these emotions,
It is important to feel these emotions.
It is important to go through this short term pain,
Which in the long run will be beneficial because just by going through this short term pain,
You can release these emotions forever.
And don't worry at all.
I am here with you.
I am holding your hand.
I believe that we all are one.
I also believe that if we are meeting for this meditation,
That you and I are somehow connected and that is why I love you.
So now with that courage and strength,
You can get into your meditation posture.
Be as relaxed as you can be,
But just make sure that your back is straight,
But not too stiff,
A bit relaxed.
And then you can gradually close your eyes.
Let's begin by relaxing each and every part of the body.
So bring your awareness to your head and relax your head.
Relax your face muscles,
Relax your neck,
Your shoulders,
Relax your arms,
Your hands,
Relax your chest,
Your abdomen,
Relax your back,
Your pelvis,
Relax your thighs,
Your knees and then relax your calves and your feet.
Now you can gradually bring your awareness to your breath.
You can start observing the inflow and the outflow of the breath.
Tense the brain a bit more to further benefit your self and from thatwith the body.
Good exercise.
Now just focus on taking your time and energy to relax.
That's it.
And now think about that emotion that you usually feel.
Think about that painful emotion that you want to release today.
What is that emotion?
Is it sadness?
Is it grief?
Is it anger?
Give a name to this emotion.
And then check if you feel this emotion in a certain part of your body.
Maybe you feel this emotion more in a particular part of your body.
You can quickly scan your body with your awareness from top to bottom.
And check if you can locate that point in your body or that area in your body where you feel this emotion.
It is okay if you are not able to find the location of this emotion.
In that case,
You can consider your heart as that location for this meditation.
Now just place your awareness on this part of your body where you feel this emotion.
And then start breathing in and out of this part of your body.
As you breathe in,
Imagine and visualize that you are breathing in white light and that this white light is traveling to this part of the body.
And then as you breathe out,
Visualize that you are breathing out thick black smoke.
This black smoke is that painful emotion that will be releasing from your body through your out-breath.
Breathe in white light to that part of your body and breathe out this painful emotion through this thick black smoke.
Take a few more deep breaths and release this emotion.
T쉴zz And now as you are breathing out this thick black smoke,
This black smoke is getting accumulated in front of you.
You can visualize that,
That this black smoke is getting accumulated in front of you and it is getting transformed into a person.
This person is your emotional self.
This person looks just like you,
But it totally embodies that emotion.
So for example,
If that emotion is rage or anger,
You can see a very angry version of you in front of you.
This thick black smoke has now totally transformed into this person,
This emotional self of yours that is now sitting in front of you.
Look at this emotional self of yours.
Look into their eyes.
Look at their expressions.
Look at the body language of this emotional self of yours.
You can see that this emotional self of yours is crying.
It wants to express that pain to you.
This emotional self of yours will now express what it is feeling.
It will express to you.
Take your time to listen to this emotional self of yours.
Take your time to listen to this emotional self of yours.
And now,
Ask this question to your emotional self.
When and why did you enter my life?
When and why did you enter my life?
Your emotional self will now answer to you.
Listen to that answer.
Listen to that answer.
Listen to that answer.
Now ask this next question to your emotional self.
What are you trying to teach me about myself?
What are you trying to teach me about myself?
And listen to the answer.
Listen to the answer.
Listen to the answer.
And now,
Go ahead and give a warm loving embrace to this emotional self of yours.
Give a warm hug to this emotional self of yours.
And now say this to your emotional self,
I thank you for being my teacher.
I will have to let you go now.
I thank you for being my teacher,
I will have to let you go now.
And as you say that,
This emotional self of yours has started dissolving back into that thick black smoke.
It has now totally transformed again to that thick black smoke.
And now you can see that it is leaving your room.
It is leaving your surroundings.
You can visualize and see this emotion,
This thick black smoke going out of your window of the room or out of the door.
This emotion has now totally left you.
This emotion now has been released.
There is now a vacuum created in the part of your body from where that emotion has been released.
So you will now fill that part of your body with healing energy.
Once again,
Bring your awareness to that part of your body.
And this time,
Just breathe in white light to this part of your body.
As you breathe in,
Visualize and feel that you are breathing in this white light,
Which is filling that part of your body.
It is filling that part of your body with this healing energy,
With this loving energy.
It is filling that part of your body with this healing energy.
You can now gradually bring your awareness back to the presence of your body in your surroundings.
You can gradually wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers.
And then in your own time,
You can gradually open your eyes and come out of the meditation.
