We are starting with the meditation,
Becoming one with the one,
Bringing your awareness to a point in the line of your sight where your eyes rest naturally.
And now you can gradually close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes,
Becoming aware of the body and just being present with the body,
Considering the body as a temple for the divine,
Just scanning the body from head to toe to become conscious of each and every part of the body.
And if any part requires relaxation,
Allowing it to relax.
Starting with the head,
Bringing your awareness to your head,
Relaxing your head,
Becoming aware of your face muscles,
Especially your jaw,
Relaxing your neck,
Shoulders,
Becoming aware of your arms,
Hands,
Bringing your awareness to your chest,
Allowing your chest,
Your heart to relax,
Your upper back,
Becoming conscious of your belly,
Lower back,
Becoming aware of your pelvis,
Your genitals,
Hips,
Relaxing your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And your feet.
Now bringing your awareness to your breath,
And as you breathe in and out,
Visualize that you are breathing in white light,
And as you breathe out,
Visualize that you are breathing out black smoke.
Through the in-breath,
You are breathing in healing energy.
Through the out-breath,
Through the black smoke,
You are releasing and letting go of anything you want to let go of right now.
Breathing in light,
Breathing out black smoke,
And now allowing the ego,
The sense of separation to dissolve,
Letting go of the sense of self,
Separation,
Duality,
And for this,
Allow yourself to visualize this beam of golden white light coming from above,
As if a shower of light is coming from above,
Falling on your head.
Feel this soothing,
Cool energy now at the top of your head,
A shower of light.
Gradually feel your head dissolving into this light.
Your physical body is gradually turning into a light body.
Feel this light moving down your face,
Dissolving your face,
Dissolving all identity,
Ego,
Intellect,
Dissolving any attachment to knowledge,
And feel this light moving down your neck,
Dissolving your neck into the light.
Feel this light moving down your shoulders,
Dissolving any sense of responsibility that comes from the ego,
And feeling this light moving down the chest,
Dissolving all pride.
Feeling this light moving down your arms,
Your hands,
Dissolving any attachment to work,
And then feeling this light moving down your belly,
Your lower back,
Dissolving all hunger,
Greed.
Feeling this light moving down your pelvis,
Your hips,
Dissolving the fear of survival,
And then feeling this light moving down your legs and down your feet,
Dissolving all attachment to material possessions.
The whole body,
The whole physical body and the ego is now dissolved into the light,
Letting go of the sense of separation,
Sense of self,
Feeling your body as a body of light,
And now even letting this body of light disappear into the greater light.
This greater light is the light of the one,
The one united universal consciousness.
Now allowing this body of light to disappear into the infinite light,
As if a drop of water is disappearing into the ocean and becoming the ocean.
Allow this body of light to merge with this infinite ocean of light,
And at this point all separation is lost.
Even the idea of souls or spirits is lost.
There is just one universal,
Infinite consciousness,
And for the next few moments allow yourself to be simply silent and experience this infinity.
And now gradually bringing your awareness back to the body,
And this time not seeing the body as something separate,
But as an integral part of this universal consciousness,
This infinite light,
Divine or God.
Again realizing these are just labels,
But seeing this body deeply one with the one.
And then gradually if you feel like moving your hands,
Your feet,
You can allow yourself to do that,
Becoming aware of the breath once again.
And then slowly in your own time,
You can start coming out of the practice,
Allowing the eyes to open very naturally without rushing,
As we bring this meditation to its completion.
