Many times, we run from one meeting to another, and from one task to another, and we forget to give ourselves a minute to fully arrive to this new situation, this new person or this new task. You can listen to this one-minute guided meditation when you transition to a new activity, to be as present and aware as possible. To arrive at work, or in a meeting, or in a conversation; be it alone or in a team. (Guided by Peter Bostelmann)

Welcome!

To begin our minute to arrive,

I invite you to focus your attention on your body and arrive fully,

Here and now.

Now direct your attention to your breath and notice where you feel it most clearly in your body.

Perhaps in your abdomen or chest or at the tip of your nose.

Follow each breath with your full attention.

When you notice that your thoughts have wandered,

Return your attention to your breath with kindness and curiosity.

And finally,

Take a deep and conscious breath and bring your attention back to the room at your own pace.

And now feel free to move and stretch a little if you like.

Thanks for your attention!
