Here I speak about death, and the associated meaning and fear that comes with it. I explain the concept, and I bring clarity to the subject, by unfolding it and letting us see beyond the illusionary ending of who we truly are.

My name is Sangeet and today I want to tell you something about death.

We humans get easily caught in the thought that dying is bad and therefore we should be doing everything that we can to stay alive in this planet and even if we are not consciously applying any actions that may help us to live longer,

Many of us if not almost everybody don't want to die or to even think about it.

Some of us may even believe that dying is something that only touches others or that we are going to live here forever and others of us even act as if life on earth was some sort of competition to see who lives longer.

What is it that scares us so much in what comes to this subject?

We came up with the word dying and we gave it such a bad connotation that even when we have to mention it we look for other ways of saying it so we can approach it in a more gentle way.

Something that dies means that it is gone,

It ends and this is the exact meaning that we give to what happens when we leave this planet.

So of course it scares us,

It sounds as if we and everything that we know about ourselves finishes,

It dissolves and to add even more fear to the equation comes the fact that we have no clue of how or when this will happen.

So not only we die but it can happen at any moment.

Now let's pause for a while and decode all of this.

First of all we are not our bodies.

Bodies are amazing,

Sacred and essential in what comes to this human experience.

They exist for a reason and we wouldn't be able to live as we live in this world if it wasn't for them.

Still we are not the bodies and if we think about it the only thing that actually ends is exactly that,

The body.

That is the only part that we actually see dying and that it finishes at some point in our lifetime.

Just knowing and integrating this can give us a tremendous peace of mind and even some feeling of material detachment but still we remain wondering in the mystery of the unknown world that awaits us after this experience and whatever tools or psychic abilities we may have still until we cross that line we simply don't know and not knowing is on its own the perfect recipe for fear and this is why I came here today to turn the page of fear and to elevate us into love the one and only that is truly capable of totally calm our hearts and let us be happy until what we call the end there is no end for us we are eternal souls love is endless and so are we the reason we get scared when we think of death is because we don't die and so we don't match its meaning and therefore we become anxious a symptom of fear lack and illusion we think we are our names our personalities and our stories and we know that those are not forever and so we get sad because we actually think that with all of that being gone we are gone too and that would be true if we were all of that but we are none of those things or we wouldn't be able to change them and so easily we are the energy that comes and goes that travels dimensions and places that go beyond our thoughts and imagination we are the light that adjusts to bodies and that is challenged by experiences we are what creates and generates more energy and keeps moving and bringing life to everything that we touch we are amazing creatures that have the capacity to embody different modes different perspectives and ways of being being such divine free figures of nature is it that surprising that we would keep experiencing always more is it still so surprising that instead of dying we actually keep on living and exploring different worlds this can be quite overwhelming for just one mind and body to handle this is when we not only detach from our bodies knowing that we are not our appearances but we also detach from our earthly consciousness and let us completely go even into the unknown knowing that it is way bigger and better than we could possibly see and understand here on earth is small compared to our potential to our nature it may be all that we know and remember for now but it is far from being who we are or the only thing that we experience this is like when a kid enthusiastically eats the soup knowing that in the end they will have dessert what a tasty ending right would it be too much to ask us to get excited about the end so today let's relax and know that all is well no matter how or when we leave this world and let's open our eyes our minds and our hearts to what is underneath every single thing and when we can no more when we had already unfolded each layer that covers us let's go a little further and further let's go for more and we will definitely be touching a tiny little part of the endless essence that we are
