When we experience pain and hurt, we often want to runaway from it. This guided meditiation is to listen and feel into the pain. Give it attention, acknowledge and begin the process to release. This process needs to be done a few times until you are free from it. Know that behind every emotion is energy. energy flows, allow this emotion to flow and release. Namaste.

I thank you for choosing this meditation to find some ease.

Hope it brings some healing and comfort.

Let's start seated on the ground with legs crossed or any other seated posture that is comfortable.

Lift your spine up,

Drop the shoulders and align the head above the spine.

Let's rub our palms together and place those palms over the eyes.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Place your hands on your belly.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Place your hands on your heart space or your chest.

Take another deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Place your hands around the throat.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Now rest the arms by your sides and rest your hands on your legs.

As we slowly settle into the seat,

Acknowledge that it is not easy to sit still at this moment.

Do your best to be here and be open to the process,

Open to your feelings or emotions of hurt or pain.

Sometimes they may feel like a knot in the belly,

In the heart space or even in the throat.

Use the waves of the breath as a way of sensing where this pain is.

Use the waves of the breath to move through your body.

The waves of the breath is like the water moving through you.

When the water moves over rocks,

The water will soften the rough edges.

The breath is just like that.

The breath can release and heal the pain.

Now feel each breath in the back of the throat,

Inside the belly and in the heart space.

Each wave of breath massaging the pain away,

Releasing and healing.

Stay with this awareness of the breath,

Cleansing away the pain.

Now say an internal mantra,

I am moving beyond this pain.

I am moving beyond this pain.

Let this mantra move through you.

I am no longer this pain,

I release this pain.

Bring your hands to your heart space.

I love the light within the heart to expand through you.

As the waves of breath comfort and hold you,

The breath connects you to the light within you,

The light of healing.

Bathe in this light.

Continue to bathe in this light.

Stay here with this awareness as long as you can.

Namaste.

This was beautiful. Thank you. I felt as if I needed to allow myself to let my sadness out.
