Welcome to my meditation channel.
In today's session we are going to do a five-minute remedy,
Very easy,
In order for us to decompress and to unwind from the day or the week that we just completed.
It's important that we take some time to really disconnect from all the emotions,
The thoughts we had during the previous hours,
Just so that we allow our bodies to rest,
To really get into the relaxed mode,
To maybe even sleep better tonight and to make sure that we are experiencing a calming sensation in the last hours of our day.
It's really important that we take this time to rest and to process the decisions and the emotions that we experienced and also because life is about balance,
So resting is as important as it is to work or to be active.
So go ahead,
Close your eyes,
We are going to take here a deep inhale through the nose,
Filling up our bodies with some fresh air and on the exhale you are going to relax the shoulders,
Let go of any anxiety or stress,
Inhale once again,
Take some energy in and on the exhale we are going to relax our face muscles,
The neck,
Inhale once again,
Fill up your chest,
Feel how it's expanding and exhale through the nose gently and slowly.
I have a little mantra for you today and you can repeat after me if you want to.
I deserve to rest.
My body and my mind deserve to rest.
I need time and space to recharge,
To replenish my energy.
Self-care is important and I can feel how I work better when I take care of myself.
Keep breathing gently through your nose,
Feeling how the air flows in and how it flows out very very slowly.
We are going now to count our breaths,
So go ahead and inhale through your nose for one,
Two,
Three,
Four and exhale through the nose,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale once again,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four and exhale through the nose,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
One more round,
Inhale slowly and deeply,
Three,
Four and exhale through your nose and relax your body and your mind,
Two,
One.
Very nice.
We are going to keep breathing slowly and deeply,
Taking some energy and emphasizing the exhalations,
Taking the chance to relax the muscles,
To let go,
To get rid of any stress or tension we may be holding up.
I would really recommend that you take some time later on this evening to do something that you really enjoy,
Just like reading a couple of pages of your favorite book or maybe taking a bath.
Do something that feels nice for your body and also for your mind,
Something that allows you to relax and to get into a more calm state of mind and also take the chance to nourish your body with some healthy and yummy food tonight because you deserve the energy,
The extra nutrients that that meal is going to give you.
It's now time to take a break from our daily routine,
The work,
The stress.
Keep breathing nice and gentle and I would like you now to think of one thing that you could improve from today.
