Reducing the pace of your breath with each in-breath,
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth with a ha sound,
Breathing in the universal powers and breathing out all the anxiety,
Breathing in the divine light and breathing out all the worries.
Two more deep breaths.
Now start tapping on the side of your hand and you may repeat after me.
Even though I'm feeling so stressed right now,
I choose to accept all the situations around me as they are.
Even though I'm feeling so tired and tense,
I choose to love and accept myself.
Even though I'm feeling really stressed right now,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Eyebrow,
I'm feeling so stressed right now.
Side of the eye,
I really don't have enough energy to go through my day.
Under the eye,
I'm feeling so tired and run down.
Under the nose,
I'm feeling so tense and heavy.
Chin point,
I can feel this heaviness all over my body.
I can feel it in my mind.
Collarbone,
Yes,
I can feel this heaviness in my head.
Under the arm,
I can feel the stiffness in my neck,
In my shoulders.
Top of the head,
I can feel this stress all over my body.
This heaviness over my chest,
This constant pressure on my chest.

With all this stress,
I'm not able to function right.
Side of the eye,
There's too much pressure on me.
Under the eye,
I can feel this pressure within me all the time.
Under the nose,
There's so much work to do.
Chin point,
I don't have any time to rest,
To relax.

I can feel this panic in my mind all the time.
Under the arm,
I'm constantly thinking and worrying about so many things at the same time.

And this has become my lifestyle,
Always being anxious,
Always being in the panic state.

Sometimes I even feel that this panic is making me accomplish my goals.

Or maybe I'm wrong.
Under the eye,
I think I need to learn new ways to deal with all these ongoing demands.

Somehow,
Maybe I could learn to accomplish my work without pressing these panic buttons all the time.

I can learn to keep calm and still be able to complete my work.

Yes,
Maybe I could do so just for a change.
Under the arm,
Yes,
Maybe I could keep calm and try to release all this anxiety around my work.

I'm trying to focus on what is important for me and not just responding to the urgent demands.
Eyebrow,
I can learn to use my time more wisely.
Side of the eye,
I can try to be more organized and peaceful at the same time.
Under the eye,
I think keeping calm can help me function more efficiently.
Under the nose,
Yes,
I can learn to do my best and drop all the anxiety about the results.

I can allow myself to be more playful and spontaneous.

Yes,
I allow myself to release all this stress and tension from each and every fiber of my being.
Under the arm,
I release all this stress,
All this anxiety from my complete nervous system.

I can trust my abilities and put in my best effort to accomplish all my work.

I can allow myself to release all this stress from my body and from my mind.

Yes,
I allow myself to feel more relaxed and more comfortable.

This comfort around me.

I can feel the waves of relaxation spreading throughout my whole body.

I'm no more anxious about any of the future outcomes and I'm ready to accept whatever life holds for me in every moment.

Yes,
Right now is the perfect time,
The most beautiful and perfect moment.
I feel so relaxed and comfortable.
Under the arm,
Yes,
I feel at ease with my life and I'm happy with whatever is going on in my life.
Top of the head,
I can feel these waves of relaxation and calmness spreading to each and every fiber of my being,
Releasing all the tension and anxiety completely from every cell of my body and it's perfectly safe to do so in the present moment.

Now take a few deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth,
Relaxing all the more deeply with each out-breath and releasing everything which is not doing any good to you right here,
Right now.
Two more deep breaths and feel the waves of relaxation spreading throughout your whole body.
Bring your hands over your chest and feel the presence of infinite power deep within you and say to yourself,
I'm power,
I'm peace,
I'm peace,
I'm joy.
Now bring your hands in prayer position and thank yourself for today's practice and thank God for bringing these powerful energies,
