Welcome to some more life where I help you learn how to love yourself first and this is a meditation for confidence.
So find a comfy place to sit,
Close your eyes,
Palms are faced up on your knees and just start to breathe wherever you are.
Take a deep breath,
A big breath for the day and long exhale let it out releasing any tension that you've been carrying in your forehead,
In your neck loosen your jaw just allow it to rest.
Your shoulders are down away from your ears,
Big belly breaths as you inhale your belly fills up and as you exhale find something else that can release maybe it's your hips or your knees or your ankles.
Breathing throughout our bodies today.
Good and as you continue to breathe imagine your heart.
How does it look?
How big is it?
Do you feel it thumping in your chest?
Start to breathe and send your breath there to your heart and as you inhale imagine your heart growing even bigger becoming more open and your heart just expands bigger and bigger as you breathe.
How does it feel?
Continue to breathe becoming one with yourself by paying attention to your breath,
The quality of your breath,
How it feels to inhale,
What happens as you exhale,
Being one with your surroundings whatever noises or sounds are happening around you just let it be.
It doesn't bother anything.
You are in the present right where you belong right where you're supposed to be right now right here.
Just breathe.
And now I want you to think about what you love most about yourself.
What is it that lights you up when you think of yourself?
Maybe it's a personality,
Maybe it's a talent,
Maybe it's a value but whatever that is allow that feeling that love wash over your body,
Your mind,
Your breath.
Stick with that feeling for a while as you breathe deeply consciously big breaths.
You you you Just let it go being aware being conscious of your breathing.
Allow the feeling to pass.
And now I want you to think of something you're really good at doing.
Maybe it's something you already accomplished,
Maybe it's something that you're working on that you're proud of yourself for.
Whatever it is just feel that sense of pride that sense of value all over your body in your mind and your breath beam with the lights of the joy you get for something that you are really good at doing.
Breathe into it.
You you you you And release the sensation.
Breathing wherever you are.
Noticing how you feel,
Noticing what thoughts might pass by.
Let them go.
You're in this moment feeling yourself being happy,
Being loved,
Being cherished by you.
So beautiful.
And now I want you to think of someone who admires you.
It could be a family member,
It could be a child that maybe you have or a niece and nephew or Godson or Goddaughter.
Maybe it's a boyfriend,
A husband or girlfriend or wife.
But think of that someone who admires you,
Who compliments you,
Who thinks that you are just so beautiful.
Who is that person?
And with the little smile on your face just allow the feeling of joy,
A belonging of connectedness wash over you.
How does that feel to be admired?
Smile and breathe.
You you you Continue to breathe in deeply,
Bringing your thoughts,
Your awareness,
Your attention on your breath,
On the feelings of worthiness.
That you are enough,
That you are qualified,
That you are purposed,
That you have everything it takes to accomplish,
To be,
To have,
To do whatever it is that you desire in your heart.
There's evidence of that.
Just by the simple fact that you're breathing means that you are supposed to be here,
Be you,
Be full of love,
Of life.
Breathe in and release.
You you If thoughts happen to come into your mind just allow them to pass by.
Don't hold on to anything.
Bring your focus,
Your attention on your breath.
And this is true for any time you feel less than,
You feel left out,
You feel alone.
Just breathe in and allow each breath to remind you of your worth,
To remind you of your value,
To remind you of your purpose.
You are here for a reason.
You are chosen.
You are loved.
Now take a deep inhale with me and bring your palms together in prayer,
Heart center.
Release,
Exhale long.
Good.
Take another deep inhale honoring yourself for showing up to this meditation,
Knowing what you need and serving yourself in a special way.
Take another deep inhale and as you exhale blink your eyes open and release your palms.
