Welcome everybody to stepping into wholeness and honoring how deeply connected with ourselves we are.
And even though there are moments in our life where we are,
We like don't remember that we're like this huge amazing experience of life that's like distilled into a little human being.
That the truth is,
No matter whether we feel that or not,
We are still that.
And it's really just a process of unveiling like the plot twist of like,
Oh,
I was whole the whole time.
I just didn't realize it.
So this experience today will be like honoring our wholeness.
So take a deep inhale and exhale.
And like smash a smile on your face.
You can like raise the eyebrows high and raise the corners of your mouth high and just be like,
Welcome home.
I'm home.
I have been home.
And you can even just start to like gently allow your body to move in an organic way.
I'm like,
Wow,
How does this home want to move?
Like let life move you in this moment.
You don't even have to decide.
You don't have to plan it.
We're just going to like pop the mind down for a second and drop into the body.
So maybe there's a sway or rolling or gentle moving of the joints.
And the breath is just like full and organic.
Like you're breathing in nectar,
The finest oxygen in the land.
We'll ask a question and simply there's like no need to answer this question.
You're just going to like feel what this question does and how it impacts your body,
The cells of your body.
How does it,
How does it feel to be whole?
How does it feel to be so full inside myself?
That there's nowhere I need to go looking.
There's no one's attention I need.
There's nobody's affirmations or validation or approval.
How does it feel to be that whole?
Like,
Oh,
Oh,
And these sounds you want to make as like relief of like,
Wow,
I don't have to look anymore.
I don't need to go here.
I don't need to check my phone for texts.
I don't need to yearn for any craving of food or people.
I can actually just,
Wow,
I can just like really be here.
How's that feel?
What are you feeling in your body?
What sensations?
You experience it.
Is it enjoyable?
Is it uncomfortable?
Is it really easy to be here?
Are you like,
Oh,
I don't know if that's the truth.
Are there other moments or experiences coming in?
Like,
What is that like?
To be whole in that.
To feel so nourished in oneself,
In yourself,
In myself.
How's that feel?
What is the quality of this moment?
What is the texture of these passing moments?
What is really alive in me?
What does it feel like to be in this state of security and inner love?
Is that wholeness?
Can you rest in it without holding onto it?
Can you just allow it to be here?
Is that okay?
Can you just allow this to be here without pushing it away?
And notice again the quality of the moment,
The quality of your presence and your experience.
And it's like you're just putting everything else down in being in this unknown moment.
What a radical way to be.
Let's take a deep inhale and exhale together to release the practice.
Deep inhale.
And one more time,
Deep inhale.
And maybe just enjoying a gentle smile on your face again.
And just inviting in for the rest of your day or evening this lightness and depth,
This paradox.
And just simply enjoying this moment.
Thank you for joining me.
Thank you for being whole with me.
I just want to take a minute to honor whatever experience came through regardless of what happened.
Wishing a beautiful life to every being.
Be a symphony that we are all part of.
Om Mani Padme.
No mud,
No lotus.
May we all be a blooming lotus.
Thank you.
Thank you.
