This wave meditation is a great meditation to do in the morning,

Evening,

Or middle of the night to bring a sense of calmness and peace throughout the body.

Let's begin.

Closing your eyes and placing a hand on your lower abdomen and another on your chest.

Inhale through the nose,

Feeling the abdomen rise,

Then the ribs,

Then the chest.

Exhale,

Chest falls,

Then the ribs,

Then the abdomen.

Inhale,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

Chest.

Exhale,

Chest,

Ribs,

Abdomen.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose,

Allow this wave-like breath to bring calmness to your mind,

Your emotional center,

And your entire body.

Inhale,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

Chest.

Exhale,

Chest,

Ribs,

Abdomen.

And then going at your own pace,

Following the breath as it moves in a wave-like motion,

Calming your body and mind.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Inhale,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

Chest.

Exhale,

Chest,

Ribs,

Abdomen.

Feeling the abdomen and chest rise and fall in a wave-like motion,

Bringing calmness to your entire nervous system as you continue to breathe.

Inhale,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

Chest.

Exhale,

Chest,

Ribs,

Abdomen.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose,

Keeping your focus on your breath,

Feel that wave of calmness throughout your body and mind.

Breathing in and out through the nose.

Inhale,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

Chest.

Exhale,

Chest falls,

Then the ribs,

Then the abdomen.

Allowing the whole body to relax,

As if you were on the ocean being cradled amongst the waves.

And then we'll take one last breath,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Inhale,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

Chest.

Exhale,

Chest falls,

Then the ribs,

Then the abdomen.

Beautiful.

Thank you.
