This visualization practice takes aspects of the best- -possible-self exercise, visualization, and setting an intention for your day. By visualizing your best possible self as you move through your day, you remind your mind of how you want to be in your day-to-day activities. How you want to respond to challenges, how you want to respond to the people around you and how you want to show up in your day. Just as athletes visualize a successful race, this practice uses visualizing your best self through a typical day to bring more success to your day. Try it for 30 days and unlock the magic of this practice!

Begin by sitting up in an upright and balanced posture.

Close your eyes.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Bring your attention to your breath.

And gently follow your breath,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Allowing your breath to lengthen and deepen.

And then bring to mind a vision of your best self.

Your best,

Highest,

Most self.

Imagining all of the qualities of your best self.

Perhaps even qualities that are not typically displayed in the day to day.

Imagine that best self in front of you.

How do they move?

How do they speak?

What are the qualities they display?

Really visualizing your best and highest,

Most self.

And then draw in that vision of your best self.

And imagine yourself now moving through your day as your best self.

Imagine waking up in the morning,

Doing all of the activities you do.

And how would you do those activities as your best self?

Imagining interacting with friends and family,

People around you.

How do you interact from your best self?

What is the energy you display?

Imagine going through your day as your best self.

Doing the typical activities of the day with the energy and qualities of your best self.

Imagine challenges that may occur.

And how would you respond from your best self?

Perhaps there's a conflict,

An uncomfortable interaction with someone.

How do you respond from your best self?

Bringing in all the qualities that make up your best self.

Bringing in the energy of your best self.

Imagine how you handle other challenges that may come up.

How do you move?

How do you speak?

How do you respond as your best and most highest self?

Continuing to move through your day,

Through your breaks,

Through your work.

And even interactions with others.

Fun gatherings and events,

Whatever may come your way.

Imagine moving through these as your best self.

And then finally bring yourself back home for the end of the day.

And notice how you end the day as your best self.

What is the energy you bring to the end of your day as your best self?

And how do you interact with yourself as your best self?

And then bringing your attention back to your breath.

Allowing your breath to again be long and deep.

Ending with a moment of gratitude for a beautiful day.

Remembering this energy of your best self and all the qualities it encompasses.

And taking it with you into your day.

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes.
