Hello, dear ones, After receiving feedback that my previous affirmations for the ADHD track were so gratefully received by those in the community, I have created another one for you, a slightly longer one this time around. As someone with ADHD, I know how tough our journey can be at times and how hard we can be on ourselves. I have designed these affirmations as a reminder to you and to myself of just how amazing and unique we are. Sometimes living with ADHD can be tough and we just need to know that we are not in this alone and to offer ourselves kindness and grace. I hope these affirmations help to remind you how amazing you are. With gentle background music provided generously by Leigh Robinson of Nature's Eye.

Hello dear ones and welcome to today's affirmations for someone with ADHD before we begin just taking a few moments to arrive here to center yourself here now in this space finding yourself in a comfortable position eyes can be open or closed and just slowly start to deepen your breaths in and out feel your body relaxing as you take longer breaths and when you're ready dear ones we will begin I am not my challenges I acknowledge that ADHD may present certain obstacles but these do not define who I am I am capable resilient and powerful I am not my challenges I acknowledge that ADHD may special I am worthy of patience both from others and myself I understand that some days are harder than others I give myself permission to rest to make mistakes and to try again I am worthy of
