Hello beloveds, As someone with ADHD I know how tough our journey can be at times and how hard we can be on ourselves. I have designed these affirmations as a reminder to you and to myself of just how amazing and unique we are. Sometimes living with ADHD can be tough and we just need to know that we are not in this alone and to offer ourselves kindness and grace. I hope these affirmations help to remind you how amazing you are. Try listening to these affirmations daily so they seep into your subconscious mind. With gentle, quiet background music generously provided by Relaxing Time; Relaxing Music Volume 1. You are not alone. You are loved.

Hello,

Dear ones,

And welcome to these affirmations for someone living with ADHD.

As someone who lives with both ADHD and autism,

I know how hard we can be on ourselves.

So I've created these uplifting,

Empowering and inspiring affirmations to remind us how amazing we are.

So just begin by taking a few deep breaths.

You can be seated or you can be laying down.

Try to relax your body.

As I read these affirmations to you,

You can just listen to my voice and allow them to sink in.

Or you can repeat them either out loud or in your head.

You are in the right place at the right time.

It doesn't matter if you get distracted and you stop listening and your mind wanders.

That's just what our minds do,

Especially our minds.

Taking some more deep breaths in and out.

You can close your eyes if that makes you feel comfortable.

And I'll begin.

In this moment,

Needed this. I couldn't find my keys this morning ( no surprise thete🙃)and so my start was a bit chaotic to say the least. But instead of focusing on how chaotic I am, I will be proud of all the other things I'm good at. And now I'm off to research techniques for NOT continually losing stuff
