Welcome to this heart brain coherence meditation.

This meditation will help us shift our awareness from our thinking minds into our heart and harmonize the brain and the heart.

This is where our deepest empathy,

Compassion and intuition comes from.

So let's begin.

Placing one hand or both hands on our chest,

Feeling your heartbeat.

Once you can comfortably feel that,

I invite you to start slowing your breath down.

And you can do so by simply following this breath work technique of breathing in for five seconds and out for five.

So let's begin breathing in for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Out for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Let's keep going in for five.

In for five,

Out for five.

Let's do that one last time,

In for five and out for five.

I now invite you to create a feeling in your heart to the best of your ability.

Feeling one or more of these things.

One care for anything or anyone,

Appreciation for anything or anyone,

Gratitude or compassion,

Care or appreciation.

These four words will create that experience of the brain and heart coherence.

Just to the best of your ability,

Feeling those feelings as you breathe from your heart center and where you feel the touch of your hand on your chest,

Staying in this feeling for a few more moments.
