To rest your nervous system,

And to return to what is real at this moment.

Your heartbeat,

Your breath and the quiet companionship of your dogs,

Who love you just as you are.

Let us begin by calling in a circle of light and protection.

Feel the space around you shift as sacred guardians step closer.

Gentle,

Wise beings who hold this space with love.

You may sense the presence of your spirit animals,

Guides and ancestors.

Invite your dogs into this circle.

You can invite just one or all of them.

Within this sacred space you are not alone.

You are cradled in safety.
