Welcome to your meditation with Moose.
Just connect with your own breath and feel the rhythm of the air going in and out and just take a moment to see if you can calm this breath down a little bit more.
So maybe even breathing in to your belly a bit deeper and then taking your time with the out-breath as well and then again a slow in-breath and maybe a little bit of a linger and then a calm out-breath.
Really take your time.
This is your rhythm and your rhythm is important.
Your rhythm is how you walk,
How you breathe,
How you hold your up in a conversation.
This is personal and this is connecting with your own soul and your own heart.
So take a moment for this breath to settle into yours.
Let go of everything that has been done today or the day before and let's not think about what we're going to do after.
Just stay here in this moment.
It feels nice and relaxed.
I invite you in your mind's eye to travel with me,
To travel to this beautiful pond,
Beautiful water body in the midst of the mountains and the trees.
It looks magical.
The green trees reflect on the water and the water is so clear.
You're standing on the side and you can just look all the way into the depth.
The sun is shining and it's calm.
You can hear the trees almost whisper.
Just listen for a moment.
You feel how you just long for to walk into the water.
So step by step it's so easy to walk in and the temperature is nice.
It's cooling.
It's a beautiful combination of the warm sun and the cool water.
When you look down you see beautiful plants growing and there's some fishies there.
And you just stand there and you feel how you're being nurtured by nature.
It's such a calm and relaxed feeling.
You almost feel like opening your arms and just receive.
Feeling that gratefulness of being here.
While you're standing there in this beautiful water body,
You look to the side and you notice there is some big energy coming your way.
It's walking through the forest,
Through the trees.
And it has just one direction and it walks straight into the water.
One direction and it walks straight into the water and you're looking at this beautiful majestic moose.
It's so calm and relaxed and it walks in and it drinks the water.
It's so inviting that you almost feel like having a zip yourself.
It has beautiful sparking eyes and looking at the body it's just so amazing.
Together you're just standing there,
Just enjoying.
Knowing that you are together with a kindred soul.
In the beginning there was some distance between you and this beautiful moose.
But slowly and slowly you're getting closer and closer to each other.
And then you can touch this beautiful animal.
It feels soft and warm.
You're giving it a scratch and it really enjoys it.
You're just connecting together,
Just being.
Moose really enjoys having you there.
It finds some water plants to eat in the two of you or just hanging out.
Moose is really enjoying it and he makes noises and it's almost like he's sharing with everyone.
Hey look at me,
I'm here with my friend.
Just step into that connection you have with this beautiful animal.
At one point it stops eating and it looks at you straight to your heart.
It's almost like you can hear the moose talking to you.
And it's sharing with you some profound messages.
Just take a moment and listen.
Listen to the words that are coming or the emotions.
Maybe you see a picture.
Don't force it,
Just let it come.
Just let it be.
It is just such a beautiful feeling to be here together and to feel supported and loved.
Getting this guidance is filling you up with positive energy and the feeling of a support system,
Community.
It's even helping you with finding the right words to share with others what you've been working through.
Figuring out,
Creating.
Moose invites you now to go and come for a swim.
He walks in,
You dive in and the two of you just start swimming.
And he is quick and fast.
After a little bit you go like,
You know what,
I think I'm going to hold on here.
And moose is fine with that.
He shares with you some beautiful stories about nature and how it can help you.
Just listen while you swim around.
And then slowly you start swimming back to the shore where you came from.
You walk out and you feel so re-energized and full of ideas.
Moose is not ready to get out of the water so he looks at you and the two of you say goodbye.
And you just keep swimming and eating.
And you just feel fulfilled.
You walk out of the water.
Look back one more time.
And then slowly start to make your way back.
Back to your own path.
Back to your own place.
You just start connecting with that beautiful breath of yours.
Your personal rhythm.
And then when you're ready take a really deep breath in.
And when you slowly breathe out open up your eyes.
And find some of those anchors around you that you're looking at to bring yourself back.
Thank you for letting me be your guide.
And welcome back!
