This is one of my very earliest “Guided Medications” from 2020. It’s been in the vault and I am releasing it now as it feels like we need it collectively--I know I do. Abundance starts with celebrating what is already present in your life and noticing where it is already. I hope you are able to lay back, close your eyes and gently breathe and think your way into a whole new felt sense of yourself and your life using this tool.

This exercise is designed to create a little more space for abundance.

Abundance isn't the presence or absence of material possessions.

No,

Abundance is an awareness that can be cultivated to create space.

When things get crowded,

We can't experience life as fully as we would like.

And we begin to mistake that crowding for.

.

.

And we believe falsely that if we effort or work harder,

We'll be able to feel something different.

And so breathing with me now,

Imagining that you're sucking a piece of spaghetti through a straw or inhaling through whistle lips.

And when you get to the top of the inhale,

Letting the exhale drop out without a pause as though you're gently dropping an egg on a pillow.

It sounds like this.

And as you observe the breath gently folding in and around you,

Noticing any tastes,

Textures,

Sights,

Sounds,

Smells,

Or sensations associated with your breathing and your focus on space for abundance.

And as the space between your cells begins to grow,

As the boundaries dissolve and you begin to puddle out,

You feel the awareness of how rich and full everything around you already is.

That sensation can be cultivated and brought deeper and deeper into your cells,

Into your body,

So that you don't just think abundantly,

Feel abundantly,

But you embody.

Keep breathing.

The gentle wheel will allow the energy that you bring in on the inhale to flow through.

And on the exhale,

Inviting what's standing in the way of your abundance.

What are you holding on to that you can let go of to make space for how amazing life already is?

The freedom you do have.

The time that you do have.

The energy that you do have.

The resource that you do have right now to breathe,

To experience,

To listen with me to the sound of your breath,

The sound of now,

As you experience it fully,

Spaciously.

Each breath growing more rich,

More full,

More purposeful.

A person on a mission has no competition.

And so,

Because we are focused on ourselves,

How richly our lives are,

We can see and observe and celebrate and feel with joy as those around us experience their own.

Living fully,

Richly,

Having more than you need to survive.

Having all that you need to thrive.

Following the wheel of breath.

The wheel round and around.

Constant power,

Constant energy,

Constant flow.

And as the quality of your breath improves,

The quality of your life improves.

The quality of your awareness improves.

With it,

There is space.

Revel in the space of what is already abundant.

Your breath can never be taken.

You can only give it away.

Stop giving it away.

Reclaim your breath.

Reclaim your awareness of the space and place and time freely available to you now.

Feel space for abundance.

Will you serve with all this abundance?

Who will you love with your abundance?

Give from your own abundance in your breath.

Breathe it in now.

Let it seep in for later.

Later.
