This is my second 'game' for you to play--when I am full in my chest (tightness, ache) I like to engage in this exercise. You can breathe in/out through your nose or you can inhale through the nose and drop the exhale out of your mouth...the choice is yours. When this game is finished, I can feel a sense of connection to the world around me, and the fullness or heaviness in my chest will be lessened or gone entirely.

And in this last game,

This neuroacrobatics game that we're gonna play,

We're gonna open up a blowhole over the heart.

And I'm gonna invite you to breathe into and from that blowhole in the nose,

Out the nose.

But we're just gonna use our imagination.

And notice what happens when for a couple of minutes we breathe,

But opening up that blowhole and allowing what's in to come out and what's out that we want to come in.

And notice where it goes.

Don't necessarily direct it.

Just allow it to come in and out of this blowhole over the heart.

We're just gonna play for a couple of minutes.

So I invite you again to sit,

Stand,

Lie,

Run around the yard,

Do whatever makes you feel good and comfortable with and about yourself.

But I invite you to begin to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

And as you breathe in through your nose,

Out through your nose,

I'd like you to check back in.

Those of you who've been with me since the beginning,

We're going back to that nose blossom special,

Tip of the nose to the bridge of the nose.

Tip of the nose to the bridge of the nose.

And if closing your eyes helps,

Go ahead and do that.

We're going to breathe lightness,

Lightness into the nose.

We're going to observe and just feel the nose opening up.

And now I'd like you to imagine and follow your breath from the tip of the nose to the bridge of the nose.

All the way around the back of the head and down the neck,

Into the heart.

So drawing a little midline right down the center of your noodle and breathing tip of the nose,

Bridge of the nose,

All the way back around and down to the heart.

Begin to feel the heart space.

Don't do anything,

Just observe it moving gently.

That swelling growing and the shrinking and receding,

Letting go.

And we're focusing on letting go of anything in the system that we are feeling that might be jamming us up.

So we can make some space for a new felt-tip.

So we can make some space for a new felt sense.

So begin by opening now a dolphin-like blowhole over your heart,

In your mind's eye,

In your imagination.

This is so simple,

You can do it anytime,

In the nose,

Out the nose.

Breathing in through this dolphin-like blowhole space right here over your heart.

And just notice now,

As soon as it opens up,

What comes out.

And what wants in.

In the nose,

Out the nose.

My breath is medicine.

My breath is medicine.

My breath is medicine.

My breath is medicine.

Space in the heart.

Let your light shine.

Let your light shine.

Let your light shine.

I forgive because I am forgiven.

And I release.

And I allow.

Right now.

In my breath.

In my brain.

In my body.

I rest.

I forgive.

I allow.

And in this space,

Opening up,

We're breathing through this dolphin-like blowhole over the heart.

And the reason we're doing this is to find a place in our inner world where we need a little more space for a new felt sense of ourselves and our chronic sensation that sometimes we just don't love.

And so now I invite you to begin very slowly,

Very gently,

Still leaving this dolphin-like blowhole over your heart open.

Begin to flutter your eyelids open,

Bringing your attention back into this space and place and time.

Fully awake.

Fully aware.

And fully,

Fully relaxed.

My breath is medicine.

My breath is medicine.

My breath is medicine.

My breath is medicine.

And we are now in a space of union,

Breathing with this dolphin-like blowhole over our hearts.
