I have never thought about 'needing a Guru' before. Or, has that been all I've ever been wanting? Now that I think about it, it's what my heart has been asking for, for decades. I didn't realize I was asking for a Guru, first it was a preacher, then a teacher, and now, yes, a Guru. Wow. I think this 5 minutes may have changed my life.

Not really a meditation, but some wonderful advice.
